Lots of frozen, dry, and a small fresh section.
They pack a lot into small space.
Prices okish, but not super cheap.
They do have small (food) gifts they will give you if you spend over $100.
Tricky lot to get into if coming from the north.

I love this quaint Korean grocery store! It's close to home and has all the ingredients that I need to make my favorite meals. Support your local small businesses!

Small but offers a lot of Korean and other Asian grocery items as well as deli. My favorite is their cucumber kimchi. They have soup, seaweed salad, kimbap, chapchae, etc. Pretty good selections of ginseng products. Isles are narrow, I don’t recommend strollers or wheelchairs.
Parking is available.

Southgate Oriental Grocery has become my favorite spot for Korean groceries, especially for its standout store-made kimchi. The moment you enter, you're greeted by a wide array of authentic Korean ingredients and snacks, but the real highlight is their homemade kimchi. It's perfectly fermented, striking a balance between spicy, tangy, and umami flavors – a true testament to traditional Korean culinary art. The store is well-maintained and organized, making it easy to find what you need. Prices are fair.

Small store with a wide selection of food especially Korean. It is very clean, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The prices are comparable to the bigger stores and cheaper even on some items.

Small shop, but they have so much stuff! They pretty much have everything you would want if you're looking to cook Korean food. The cashiers bag your groceries for you. The store is kept very neat and clean. I wish they can expand into a bigger store one day.

The absolute best homemade kimchi for sale here. I've eaten pounds of the stuff in the US, been to Korea twice, and nothing compares. I grab a giant jar anytime I'm in the area. You won't be disappointed.

This place is awesome! They have both packaged and in house made things. The white kimchi i got is so good. I also picked up some No Brand stuff... They sell No Brand! Great little market for all of your Korean food needs.

Speciality mart for Korean (and a selection of other Asian) products. Highly recommend their in-house product like prepared side dishes and kimpbap. The kimchi here is divine. Pretty sure they make it by hand and the cooler they are in is a special kimchi cooler!

This place has amazing, ready to pick up ban-chan. Their 총각김치 (chong gak kimchi) is some of the best I’ve ever had. I come here every week to get a refresh. It’s obvious the owner and their staff makes these fresh daily. The quality of their side dishes is better than h-mart and even most restaurants.

Great alternative to driving over to Hmart. Small but is well stocked with Korean/Asian food. Deli items have been great every time we got it. Prices are reasonable to even cheaper than other Asian marts.

Little hidden gem for Korean and other Asian goods, their house made side dishes are great! So are the house made gimbab (maki roll) at the checkout.

Best kimchi on the planet! Miss thr open bar, but happy to still be able to get it.

This is the best Korean market around. We won’t buy our kimchi anywhere else. They have so many ingredients that the bigger market doesn’t have, and prices are better.

Small space and yet has everything you need! The selections here are exactly what I'm looking for. They are carefully chosen to include only the best and most popular items from Korea and whoever the owner is, you can tell they know what's up. Fresh produce and such a convenient and fast check out. I no longer need to go to a big korean market anymore. This place has it all and we always grab a Kimbap on the way out. It's small and perfect! They also give you one for free if you spend more than $100.
