Amazon Fresh

I like shopping at Amazon Fresh. The staff are always helpful and polite. Store is clean and easy to navigate. There are also plenty of parkings. I always find great deal throughout the store. We paid less than $2 for 1.5lb of Fresh brand chicken tender around Thanksgiving. We stopped by today and grabbed a bag of Arther flour for $2.50. I am looking forward to my next trip to amazing Fresh.

I really like this store. A good place for Amazon returns and grocery shopping. Helpful employees can find your store code on your phone. Nice produce, lots of options. There is plenty of free parking. Clean store.

This is a clean and organized store that has some hard-to-find vegan items (Abe's line of baked goods, Chao non-dairy cheese alternatives) and natural meats from Niman Ranch. The produce looked mostly fresh and some of it was pretty well-priced. The Just Walk Out check-out system appears to be quite buggy (at least it was for me when shopping with young children), but customer service acknowledged they are still working out issues. Overall, this was a positive experience and we may be back for in-store specials sometime in the future.

The concept of this store is great! I loved being able to just grab and go. The fresh food items look of great quality and there's a nice selection. This reminds me of a neighborhood market, there are staff around if you need help and you can check out the traditional way if you'd like. You don't need an Amazon prime account and can use a regular Amazon account. There are some organic food options in the middle aisles but not a big selection, if you're wanting more organic non GMO no artificial flavors/sugars this may not be the store you buy shelved canned/boxed items. I would definitely come back and shop again. There was overall a very nice selection of things and things seemed of great quality.

Friendly environment, helpful staff when they saw me trying to find an item very contactless. They didn't have everything I was looking for, but it was just saw stuff I rarely buy from Amazon. One thing that would help, if could search the Amazon app and it would tell me what aisle and what shelf to find what I'm looking for similar to The Home Depot

Super convenient shopping experience! Doesn’t have a massive selection and the produce can be hit/miss BUT usually have great experiences with the “just walk out” shopping!! Saves me so much time to just bag as I go!

My first time here... wanted to check it out and needed a few items. Found some AMAZING deals on adult beverages 😉 Store had nice variety. Produce was fresh. Prices on some things seemed a bit high.

Awesome store! I love the ‘grab and go’ automation, and skipping the check out line - wish there was one of these closer to where I live. Open some more locations pretty please :-)

Great place and way to shop too. Has added advantage of getting some prices off coz of being prime member. Can easily go in and out with In-Store scanning of the Amazon Code.

I still haven't processed what I witnessed. Crazy impressed with how it works. I couldn't believe it! I've never seen more cameras per square foot in my life, including TV!

Fun, high tech shopping. They have everything you'd expect at a regular grocery store including a butcher and hot food. Good prices. A must-see if visiting, and a good regular store if you live here.

Fast and easy shopping. Fill your bag (.01¢) and scan phone at exit. So fast. Amazing how they keep track of the items in your bag.

No interaction necessary. Get in, get your stuff, get out. No need to have that annoying automated checkout lady telling you what to do every two seconds at the self checkout. They don't have that. It's great. Staff is awesome.

More and more won over by the prices on Amazon Fresh items. Add that to not manually having to check out and I'm an official fan!

Really good prices on fruit

I’m biased but I’ll try to be objective. The technology is unique, it turns into such a great customer experience that you wish every store had “just walk out” features. The prices are what you would expect from Amazon, very competitive. The produce is super fresh, no pun intended.

Brand New Amazon Fresh! This place is well stocked with local favorites and excellent fresh produce. Prices vary, but their fresh items are solid discounts in most cases. They also offer full deli. Pro Tip: Use the Amazon app to order ahead for Deli and Meat counter items to be prepared while you shop.

Enter & Exit the store with one of 3 payment methods: app, palm scanner, or credit card. To use the app, open the main Amazon app and look at the top ribbon for "in store code." It's in the blue ribbon at the very top of the screen. You'll use your default Amazon payment method when scanning and have the option to use or disable any gift cards on your account. You'll need to use the same payment method to exit the store as well.

Sign up for "Amazon One" palm scanning in store. Regular checkout clerks available for those who need them, but they aren't necessary to exit. ID area for alcoholic beverages.

There's also a nice grab and go flower stand and a "Best of Amazon" section near checkout with best selling items like their tech items (echo, dot, kindle, fire stick), cookbooks, and other gift items like an instant pot, weight set, or drink mixology set. You can also make returns here at their customer service counter (right hand side of store) or pick up from the Amazon lockers.

This is a bigger, better version of the Amazon Go grocery that used to be in Overlake. Good for a quick trip or if you need to pick up some essentials. A few items weren't available like travel sized toiletries, but most basic grocery items were there with 3-4+ varieties/brands.

A cool new option in the Factoria area, although you may still find yourself headed to nearby stores for a few more specific items.

Been to the Amazon go stores and this is next level. This has a pretty good selection and prices aren't bad. Their fresh made pizza was pretty good. Pretty crazy that they just boxed a slice and it knew that I had a pizza. Got the receipt in an email a few hours later. Selection is pretty good, not as vast as a typical store but way better than the traditional go locations.

The store is stock and not too crowded today. I like the be way to pay and no long lines.

Amazon Fresh has many dishes of prepared foods. Overall they look wonderful and very tasty.

Love this store!!! Close to my home and very good prices. Very organized and great customer services. 🥰🥰🥰
