Rite Aid

I am surprised around all the negative comments about this pharmacy. In this day and age it is important to have empathy; and when you offer understanding you are more likely to receive it back. Pharmacies are strained in the post Covid world with more responsibilities, more hours, more protocols, basically more demands. I have been a customer here for well over a decade and every pharmacist and tech I have encountered has been helpful and kind.

I went to Riteaid for a prescription. The store was so clean and the shelves well stocked and tidy. The staff at the register and in the pharmacy were helpful and I enjoyed engaging in conversations with them.

I spent 2 hours figuring out an insurance issue a month ago here. Then this month I come in for a refill with the same issue, but had the privilege to come during off-peak hours and was helped by a wonderful employee. I should have caught her name, but didn't in the stress of everything. She worked with me until we found my insurance AND THEN helped me get the medication for over $70 less per month by changing the script to three smaller doses instead of one dose. Amazing, wonderful, stunning, I cannot thank her enough!

Nice store, well organized and maintained good customer service, asked for suggestions and help, was very satisfied.

I've been going to this pharmacy for two years on a frequent basis. They are always courteous, helpful, and considerate. They've also been very quick and make sure that I get the items that I've requested. If they know they don't have a medication, they let me know right away and if it's something I need immediately, they'll contact other pharmacies to find out if they carry it. Excellent customer service.

Pretty cool, don't have rite aids back home and this is pretty nice. Passing by looking for some over the counter stuff for a road trip. The pharmacist actually came out to help me and answered all my questions. Don't know if its just this pharmacy or its all of Washington but he had great customer service!

This pharmacy treated me so well! The pharmacist was very helpful in answering my questions and the person checking me out was very kind and attentive. I definitely recommend getting your prescriptions filled here.

Easy to find the location and has big parking lot. The staff is always polite and helping. Doctor prescribed a nasal spray for allergy which was very expensive but the pharmacist showed me flo-nase which had the same ingredients and all the chemical details and was less than half the price. So I decided to buy that.

Great customer service. Witnessed an extremely rude customer in front of me but they handled it with smiles and calmed her down and calmly explained what they were doing to resolve his issue. They've always been great with me and my family

This pharmacy has treated me very well for many years. I’m very thankful that the pharmacy staff genuinely cares about my well-being and always has my prescriptions ready.
