Anthony and Jess were amazing! They were at the house within 24 hours over the holiday weekend and had our water up and running in just a few hours. They were so pleasant and helpful. We are so happy we chose to go with Kappus Pumps.

I can't say enough good things about Kappus pumps.
They were able to come out on short notice and repair my pressure issue for 2/3 cheaper than what i was quoted from a different plumbing company.
The repair technicians were very knowledgeable and repeplaced my pump in a very reasonable time to get my water system back to operational condition.
Would not hesitate to use them on future projects.

While I haven't used these guys for work, I was so impressed that Paul Kappus answered the phone on a Saturday and sent a guy over free of charge to take a closer look at my issue. Thankfully it was nothing that needed repair, but their speed and obvious willingness to help confirms these will be the guys I use when the time comes.

We called late Tuesday afternoon and Wednesay morning Dave came unfortunately had to replace our pump. Dave was very polite, knowledgeable and professional he answered all of our questions and completed the job on a few hours. We will definitely use this company in the future and refer Kappus pumps & plumbing to our friends and neighbors. Thanks Dave 😊

After a horrible surprise of having our water shut off, mid-shower, we quickly realized that something was wrong with our pump. One call to Kappas and he had two techs at our home within a few hours. Unfortunately, our well pump seized after only having it for 4 years (supposed to last 10-15 years). Kappas changed out the pump that was over 250 feet below ground and had us up and running before the end of the day. Same day repair of such an essential part of every household. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone in need of such a service.

Wonderful, fast and professional service. My water suddenly stopped working, and Kappus was quickly able to get someone to come out and take a look. Anthony quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it to me clearly and completely, gave me several options for fixing it, and patiently answered all of my questions. We made a second appointment for replacing the well pump and tank, and he arrived with 2 other guys and got the job done. These guys are honest, friendly, skilled and professional. I would definitely hire them again.

I never get around to writing reviews but these guys deserve to be recognized. They were here within an hour of calling (in the afternoon). They were extremely competitively priced and explained that the price could not be determined until the job was started (well pump failure) but would probably be anywhere from x to y depending on what they found. The price was the lowest they had indicated. I found them extremely transparent and very knowledgeable. They were organized, polite, efficient and caring. They explained it all to me and my 9 yr old and had no issue with us staring at them working the whole time!! I would not hesitate to recommend these people. Six stars.

Water just stopped coming out of the pipes called a few other places it was right before 5 Kappus was the only one that picked up the phone spoke with Paul - explained to him my situation- he had 2 guys out early the next day - now they could have easily replaced my pump and charged me but they didn’t my issue was electrical . Honesty is a rare trait these days they just got a new customer my water pump is old so I’ll be getting my next one from them later this summer. Employees are the face of any company - Kappus employees are 5 star employees -If you aren’t calling Kappus for your water issues you are making a mistake.

I want to thank Kappus so much for installing a new well pump! Can't say enough about Dave who installed the pump! Great company Highly recommend!

Had a sudden problem with my pump in an u usual situation. Talked to Paul on the phone and it got instantly resolved. He also spent time giving me advice about how to prevent future incidents like this. Excellent service , super knowledgeable and extremely nice.

I called a few weeks ago on a Saturday late afternoon after I returned home and realized I had no water. They were closed and gone for the day but that didn’t stop the owner from being extremely helpful. He gave me his cellphone number to take pics and show him what unit i had and he then talked me through resetting my well pump in my home. Fantastic customer service and a person I would want to do business with forever. You have made a new client and I’m greatly appreciative!

Our water pump stopped working and we ran out of water early in the morning on a Freezing cold February day. My wife called up Kappus Pumps and they rushed over to replace the water pump. I was having an issue with my well, and contacted Paul to see if he could come out and fix it. He actually was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and walk me through how to fix it myself. He was incredibly helpful, professional and trustworthy - I will definitely contact him for any future issues!

Kappus is a miracle worker. Have been using him for 17+ years and he has never let me down and I have had some v difficult problems. Nothing stopped him from getting things fixed or replaced perfectly everytime. Extremely smart and fair. I wouldn't use anybody else.

I recommend highly. I had an emergency water matter on a Sunday. Spoke with Paul, his team was all out with client..He face timed me so he could see, assess and walk me through some troubleshooting which fixed the problem. New client for life!

We lost water pressure mid day and assumed that it would turn back on later in the day. It didn't.
