I was struck by a teenage driver. Lana and her crew were a constant source of reassurance and comfort during the entire process. My 10 year old car looks practically fully restored! Highly recommend.

This is the second time I’ve worked with this family and they are fast and professional. First time I hit a deer with the Impreza, second time got rear ended on the jersey turnpike with the forester. I appreciate that they listened to my concerns about using oem Subaru parts even though Allstate was not “putting us in good hands” either way they got it done with factory parts and even fixed a scratch that I caused in the past for free. You guys are awesome!

From the moment you walk into this body shop you know they are the the real deal. From the top down they are the most professional and honest people I have ever dealt with when it comes to my car. I was presented with two original options/quotes and then given a truly honest opinion about which option was the better to take but never pressured in either direction. They work fast , ordered a part that was needed and had the work done in under 3 days. My brand new car looks brand new again, they also detailed the entire car (inside and out) which was very much appreciated. Quality shop, amazing people and the cutest pups!

My husband and I have taken both our vehicles several times to Auto Collision Center and we could not be more pleased. I am one picky perfectionist and I will never allow anyone to touch our cars other than Auto Collision Center! Not only is their work superb but they literally treat you like family! They keep you notified and up to date regarding your vehicle work their absolute best to have your vehicle returned sooner than later. Christina and Toni are the most personable and friendly individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. I cannot rave about them or the amazing work that has been done on both my vehicles. You guys rock!!! I HIGHLY recommend this place !!!

Considering the circumstances this was an amazingly pleasant experience. Professional, courteous, super friendly...I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. Epitome of customer service.

And the repair work to my Durango was exceptional! Picking itup it was cleaned and polished and super shiny. Can't tell they did any work at all.

I would highly recommend this facility for any body work you need done.

They handled all the interactions with the insurance company and did everything they could to make it simple for me. They ordered a rental car for me immediately and had the rental company deliver to their location. The only thing I might say where they could improve is in calling me and giving me updates on when the car was going to be ready. The repair took longer than I expected and when I wanted an update, I had to call in to find out what was going on.

I have brought my car there before and I will use them again, should the need arise. I see no reason to use anyone else.

Brought in a Honda HRV for repair through insurance after being rear ended. They were fast, efficient, and extremely helpful throughout the process. They communicated with the rental car company for me and made the process as stress free as possible. Also had my car repaired earlier than predicted. My car was repaired to good as new. Great place and would definitely use them again!

Amazing customer service! Fast, efficient and detailed! Tony walked me through the entire process! If I ever needed any body work done...I am going straight there! They repaired my 2021 Mercedes Benz back to it’s original state. Great attention to detail! Phenomenal team! My car was repaired in 2 days 💕 True auto magicians! I chose this place after I had an accident based on their reviews and I see why everyone rates them so well. Tony provided excellent customer service while my car was being worked on, and they kept my family and I in the loop regarding any updates. Auto Collision did a remarkable job on my car and got me back on the road just in time for me to make it to military duty. They’ve been efficient, did great work, and were very respectful. I'd like to thank Bobby and his staff for their professionalism. I brought my 12 year old Matrix in for an opinion following a recent accident. The other insurance company had already settled with me an d I wanted to use that check as a down payment for getting my car back into great looking shape with a new body lit. (I love my little toyota!) Bobby told me, that in his professional opinion I should not put any money into the body and just drive it as is.
Auto Collision Center could have had a nice profitable job on their schedule and I'm sure I would have been very pleased with the final product, but Bobby was straight with me, principle over profit... You have to respect that in a company. I know I do. Thanks!

I brought my car here due to hitting a deer, I cannot brag about this place enough! They fixed my hood and re painted the whole thing in 2 days ! The hood looks like it was never hit by a deer, it came out perfect!!!! Highly recommend Auto Collision Center! The staff was so nice and easy to deal with & the price was totally fair.

Highly recommend choosing this shop for your auto repair needs. The service provided by the staff at this shop was excellent, the repair was flawless, my car looks better than it did before the accident. The team was very professional, they kept me updated on the status of my repair and the estimated date of completion along with answers to all my other repair and insurance related questions. They were even thoughtful enough to expedite my repair and complete my car several day’s early because they knew I wasn’t in a rental. Getting into an accident is stressful but when you have a shop like this that puts the customer first and makes them feel welcomed, it’s like a huge weight lifted off your shoulders. I had brought my aging Subaru Outback in for a fender replacement, having been sideswiped at a restaurant parking lot.
The car came back looking brand new. Not only was the damaged side replaced, but the other side, which had a few scratches, came back flawless.
Hopefully, I will not require additional auto bodywork in the future; But if I do, this will be my forever place to go to. Thank you so much for doing a spectacular job!

I’m most definitely not a car person nor do i trust insurance companies very much. I couldn’t tell you how to fix a thing about a car let alone what to do when you get into an accident. I was given zero direction by my insurance company after a garbage truck backed into my honda except “hey here go use these guys” and thank god it was Mahopac Auto Collision. From the start to the finish of this process they held my hand, from dealing with an insanely hard to get in touch with garbage truck insurance company, to how to handle my own insurance, or weather my car should be fixed or totalled they were always right on top of it. From the second i talked to Toni at the front desk I actually felt like these guys were in it to help me get what needed to be done and make sure i wasn’t beaten by the insurance companies. After days of countless phone calls from Toni to absent insurance adjusters that no auto shop would deal with she got me everything sorted out and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I’ll be recommending Mahopac Auto collision to anybody that needs any sort of work done! Thanks guys!!!

The friendly staff at Auto Collision fixed the crashed doors on my car. They provided great service. After they fixed it, there was a knob that was giving me a hard time and when I took it back, they fixed it without an issue. I'd use them again.

Unbelievable staff here at Auto Collision Center on route 6 in Mahopac, NY. Super easy to deal with, had my bumper replaced in less than 4 days, matched paint perfectly, looks brand new. They were extremely accommodating, even wiped off a desk in their office for me to work with my laptop while my car was getting an initial estimate. (forgot my laptop) I cant say enough good things about this shop, other than I will be returning for future projects on my other truck and of course and other issues with my cars.
