Purchased my first custom set of wheels back in March of this year & arrived literally a month later. Marissa was my girl when it came to placing my order, in which she excelled in the customer service area. Delivery was sweet & fast, and my triple chrome KOKORO MonoC came in spectacular conditions. I could tell that they were packaged with caution and care. I’m absolutely obsessed with my wheel set up & will definitely continue to place future orders with them.

Bought some wheels to surprise my daughter for her first ever car show. It never hurts to ask for a little extra help. Marissa was on top of everything from start to finish. Marissa has given me wonderful customer service from the start. Shes very energetic, super helpful, answered my questions as soon as she can! For my shipment, took about a month which I expected since it was during Black Friday. All wheels came on the same day, packaging was excellent! Got the triple chrome, literally felt like I was looking at a mirror! 5⭐ for my first time purchasing from them!

I recently got my kokoro monoc wheels, I opted to pick them up, and I am obsessed! Marissa assisted me every step of the way and was very helpful. I got them in the timeline they predicted as well, overall very satisfied!

I just recently got my wheels in and they turned out better than I imagined. The powdercoat was perfect and the quailty of the wheels is great so far. I mismeasured my offset in the front so I rubbed a bit at first but it wasn't anything spacers couldn't fix. Great quality and a very good price for three piece wheels

I started looking into Heritage Wheels on their site. I filled in all the necessary info for a set of wheels. Shortly after I was contacted and spoke to Devin. It was very nice to speak to someone who was taking their time to discuss what would be the best route. Devin gave me a lot of options which made the transaction so easy.
I’ve seen Heritage Wheels on some builds in the FL scene. So I’m very excited to receive my wheels in a couple of months.

These will be my first NEW custom set of wheels and Devin definitely made me feel comfortable that I made the right choice choosing Heritage Wheels. 🤙

Took about a month to get them, was afraid they wouldn't fit or look right! They are bigger then my stock wheels but they look amazing on my Scion tC

Ordered a set of pink Heritage wheels with hearts for my daughter, every one of the wheels had defects, the pink powder coating was not the same milage evenly around and you can see the original rim color through the pink in several areas. One box had a hole puncture and the rim inside was dented and scratched and will need to be refinished as it's already showing rust. Another rim had trash under the clear coat. They really need a better inspection before these things go out. They weren't cheap either, $250 a rim and it looks like a five year old coated them.

Wheels came in on time but never received my centercaps, after calling them they said they would send them out in 2 weeks. Two months later still nothing, tried to reach out to customer service and they are dodging me and being really flakey. So 6 months after ordering wheel I got no centecaps which I paid for individually. Kind of upsetting how they treat people that pay good money for this so called product that they seem to not care about.

It's considered normal for the color of their wheels to fade within less than a year
