First,if I could, I'd add an extra star for the excellent service and courtesy of the staff. In particular my sales associate Dave was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! It was a pleasure to shop in such a relaxed and stylish atmosphere, no craziness like mall shopping. Renarts is what boutique shopping is all about! Great customer service (and found a very prized item on stock).

I somehow found through Google that Renarts had in stock an item from the Christmas season that quickly sold out and it is now being sold on eBay at a huge markup. Renarts was selling it at the original price, so that was awesome.

Called the store and I think Mark picked the call and did go doublecheck they indeed had it. He confirmed they did and promised to enter the order and ship it soon. I got the invoice for the order and got a shipping notice through email the next day. They also provide notifications as the package got out for delivery and when delivered.

Great experience. Would do it again.

This store is amazing from the design of the store, to the service . They stay up to date with all the new footwear and the manager Chris and staff are very helpful . Everyone is well mannered and attentive . Whenever I go I'm always greeted as soon as I walk in the door . I've even had one of the gentlemen offer to help me with my bags to the car . I love this place , I always recommend my friends.

A hidden gem on Long Island with nice mix of Nike, Jordan, SBs, Adidas, Vans, and limited apparel as well. Very fair prices...got hooked up on some Air Max 90s and some SBs...will return in the near future..
