I live in CT & couldn’t get home in time to pick up my rx when i was in long island for family gathering yesterday, i called cvs east northport & kristen transferred my rx and said it would be ready in 30 minutes. i said i need to get to the airport can it get done any sooner? she said ill do it right now & it’ll be ready in 2 minutes. very accommodating! lucky for me there was only 1 other person in line at the time so nobody got bumped out of order. Kristen ran the one that was not covered by insurance through a savings program and kindly patiently explained details. great customer service i was really wow’ed.

Pharmacy staff was professional and friendly. No issues. Nice experience. Better than my usual CVS pharmacy.

I’ve been using this cvs for about 10 years now. Although they’re not always effecient, I always get the meds I need in a timely fashion, but I recently had an encounter with them that was not acceptable. I went through the drive through window because my dogs were with me in the car. I was there to get eyedrops my doctor had sent in that morning and a refil prescription I take daily. I recieved a text message confirming that the meds were ready. Yet, For whatever reason they were not able to refil my prescription that I had a year refil on and it had only been about 6 months. After waiting at the window for a while, the man serving me asked me to come inside. He had clearly saw my dogs and I mentioned, ok, but we have to solve this quick because it’s hot out and I can’t leave my dogs out in the car like that. I walked in to have to wait on a long line before he told me to stand by the drop off window where no one served me until I called their attention. Finally when a different lady came, she told me there was no problem and they’d refil it that day. So then I went back to the cashier line so I could pay for the eyedrops and all of the people working went back to stocking medications as if I weren’t there. I again had to call their attention and remind the man that served me initially that my dogs were in the car. So thankful I had the good sense to leave the car on with the AC. This whole unnecessary ordeal took 20+ minutes. Very unprofessional.

A rather standard pharmacy in a decent location, this CVS offers a pretty standard experience. You can get some medications here, few groceries, toys, and office supplies.

I have to pick up my prescriptions at this Pharmacy due to my medical insurance. The pharmacist and the people that work there are super rude. They ignore you and when I patiently wait 15-20 mins before they Actually acknowledge me at the counter... than they always have the attitude as if I’m an annoyance to them. They lack severe customer service skills

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is why all these pharmacy’s are closing downs. Under staffed and slow. They literally had 20 people waiting in line to pick up medication. I was on hold for about 30 mins, and then another 25 when I called back. NEVER picked up the phone. This place is such a joke. How they are still open is mind blowing to me. My daughter needs her medication & not one single person could help. They had over 5 hours to fill it. I even called the front of the store & they told me they are “busy”. Do yourself a favor & avoid this location at all cost. Mom & pop pharmacy’s are my next stop.

This is a terrible CVS location, they have items that are in stock but, there are plastic bins scattered around the store with the merchandise I would like to buy and the employee tells me, "Yeah, those bins won't be opened today or maybe for a week or so." Terrible employees and a terrible store. The plastic bins were stacked taller than me. Its an accident waiting to happen.

the absolute worst customer service. several times my doctor has prescribed me multiple medications, when i go to pick them up no one tells me my ins wouldn’t cover one or the doctor needed to be contacted to prescribe a generic version or an alternate med. I was just on hold 2x for over 30 min each time. this pharmacy is the worst !

Manager left a new employee by himself. I had a UPS package to send and I waited 15 minutes for the manager to come and help me. The employee was very nice but he went twice to get the manager which was a difficult task apparently. Self service checkout does not mean you can leave the store unattended. If you don’t have enough employees then consolidate and close some stores. If you continue ignoring your customers they will go away and you will put yourself out of business. If I don’t want customer service I can order Amazon. I’m not going back to cvs. Waste of time and over priced.
