I just have to say that Allison D in customer service is absolutely amazing! I had been going back and forth with Home Depot online and Home Depot stores for a gift card issue and I FINALLY got some help from Allison. I truly wish more people were like her instead of trying to rush you off the phone and transfer to someone else who is unable to help you. She has the personality and caring nature that everyone in customer service should have. Store 1202, she deserves a promotion!

tiffany and the gentlemen with sleeve tattoos at the pro desk are top notch with professionalism and making sure the customer has a easy positive transaction each visit. i drive 25 mintues to this particular store to make sure i have headache less visit unlike the HD 5 minutes away from my house. the pro desk at this location makes you feel like you were taken care of properly and honestly. night and day for me, I'll continue making this trip if i ever need to deal with the pro desk.

Allison and Dee are awesome. Always willing to help and go above and beyond to help every customer. They both take the time to solve complex issues to satisfy customer needs.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I always get lost in places as big as The Home Depot, and it's overwhelming when you see it full of men with businesses. But the staff made me feel at home.
They do have bathrooms, easy parking, and wheelchair accessible .

The staff was friendly and efficient. I went in to return an item that seemed defective. They took it back, no questions!

I love the Home Depot they're very great company for their employees and for the consumer the fair price Associates at the store professional and are always willing to answer your questions and help you find what you need and sometimes I'll even take you right to where it is if you're still not understanding them they care a lot about making the customer feel satisfied and they're very respectful to the customer and are willing to explain something if you don't understand I thought great memories at this Home Depot in particular me and my dad when I was younger used to go here every weekend buy stuff for my mom when I was younger and we used to do DIY home projects those were great memories many years ago and the quality of service hasn't changed since then the store is bigger now than when I was a little guy but hey it's a change of the times but it's a very nice store

I never had any issues with the HD Customer Service is in my opinion Outstanding. Renting truck and buying anything there wow good experience Can’t say a one bad word about the place. I am continually buying stuff in other stores ( because of my job) and I honestly can place the store on the top! Thank you for your people and service dear HD ;)

Store in East Northport with worker Matthew was the best experience I ever had at home depot. He worked in asile 35. He patiently help us locate products to rid our home of fruit flies. This young man was attentive, informative, and kind. Everything I'm not used to from other home depot visits. He deserves a raise. I even called the store supervisor to compliment the experience. Keep that energy Mathew, great job!!!!!

Excellent experience employees, especially, in the doors and windows section good , We were able to find a very great front floor and a person will come and take the correct measurements this week and we'll get our new door. Comfortable with the service.

The employees here are great. Andrew was in the nursery a couple times and he’s just awesome, always smiling and willing to help. My favorite home depot on Long Island. We typically come in through the Garden Center and checkout there when only purchasing garden items. The store is usually pretty busy but they do a good job at ringing up their customers as fast as possible so it is never too bad of a wait. Store is usually very clean and there is ample parking especially if you don't mind a little bit of a walk.

I love coming to this Home Depot. It's super organized, clean, easy to find items and they usually always are in stock of s variety of items I need. For the manager of this store, I want to say great job at keeping the store looking great all the time.
