Iced pandan latte with ube foam hit the spot! Smoked salmon toast and bibingka canele were delicious. Had a few mistakes with our greater order but team was quick to fix/address!

They have no business making bread pudding as good as they do. I literally have woken up twice in the past week thinking about how good it was. Do yourself a favor, go grab a slice, bring it home, heat it up, enjoy, and then never stop thinking about how no other bread pudding will even compare to it.

I had a wonderful experience at Lazy Bird Coffee, easily earning a five-star review. The coffee was amazing, complemented by the friendliest service. Don't leave without trying the dark chocolate bread pudding—it's a game-changer. Highly recommend for any coffee enthusiast!

I love the rice porridge. I'd come here just for that comforting bowl but they also have a lot of other delicious bites. My second fave is the egg salad toast. Also, the best chocolate chip cookies in Alameda, which they bake in house.

Absolutely delicious drinks, I love this coffee shop. They have such unusual flavors for lattes - rose, lavender, ube, taro, horchata. Plus salads and bomb vegetarian breakfast sliders and super flavorful pastries that are always changing ! Not much space for seating, which is the only downside, but if you’re ok with that, I highly suggest this place for coffee and food (just maybe not to do any work)

I recently found out about Lazy Bird Coffee on Facebook. I was reading people recommending it for different flavored latte. I decided to go try it yesterday. I ordered their Honey Lavender Latte. (I was looking for a place that makes it after liking it at Cafe Jolie). I also got their Ube Latte for my husband. I wanted to try some of their pastries and breakfast items. I got us an Almond Croissant, a Creme Brulee Filled Donut, an Ube Maladada and a Yau Choy & Gruyere, Egg, Sriracha Aioli Croissant. We liked all of it. I looked forward to going back to try their Horchata latte and Matcha latte. They were sold out on some pastries I wanted to get. I look forward to trying those when I go back. I gave my daughter the Ube Malasada, and she liked it. I let her try the Creme Brulee Filled Donut, and she liked it as well. I enjoy finding places that my kids like. My kids are picky eaters, so if one of them likes it, it makes me happy.

Great little coffee joint! Ordered an iced ube latte, twas delicious, very subtle ube taste. A pecan (or walnut?) Pineapple scone, lovely subtle taste as well. A matcha cookie, which I mean come on, if you like matcha, this is the cookie for you because I loved it and so did my 2 year old! The cinnamon roll was spiced so perfectly, might'e been the best cinnamon roll I've ever had. And lastly, the bread pudding. I've never had bread pudding before, but it has now become my favorite dessert. It was so gooey, moist, and amazing! I also love and appreciate the Asian inspired drinks and snacks, definitely will recommend this spot to anyone and everyone!

Awesome little neighborhood coffee shop that has great drinks and nice selection of food. The pastries were fresh, and they even have congee, but the egg salad toast is the way to go!

This place is awesome. The food is incredible, the service is amazing, music selection is always on point. Jo is so friendly and accommodating, but really the whole staff is great. Those filled donuts are crazy good. The brunch selection is fire. Espresso drinks are unique and delicious,but they have all the classics too. Love this place.

I am a coffee connoisseur and LazyBird is the best in town! I’ve tasted great coffee’s across the U.S. and the best comparison is Eately (gourmet Italian goods imported from Italy) in NYC. LazyBird has amazing high quality roasted coffee and it’s local!! The personnel are super nice and the options are amazing! Hands down the best in town!!

Good menu of drinks and pastries/food. I had to ask what food they had that day so I wished they had that menu up, or even name cards of stuff in their pastry case.

Stopped by just as Luis and George were closing up! They totally made my afternoon by letting me sample their dark roast by Bicycle Coffee and Bfast Sliders. the buildout is beautiful inside with simple, yet effective aesthetics.

A cozy little coffee shop with tasty food and quality drinks. I rarely feel inclined to review places, but this left such a nice impression on me that I felt the need to save it in my maps and leave a good review. Will return to try more stuff in the future. 😊

Lazybird Coffee is the most innovative cafe to come to Alameda. They have a diverse menu reaching from Kalua pork sandwich, Yuzu limeades, Avocado toast, Ube lattes, smoked salmon brown rice salads, and much more. I went a few times and each time has been a treat, I loved their kimchi croissants which had a egg on top that you cut. When you cut it all that eggy goodness with the crispness of the croissant and the flavorful kimchi melted in my mouth, so delicious. The congee is so good and perfect for cold days, I think it’s the best congee I had. It was flavorful and you can change up how you want it, Yau Choy, Kimchi or even Kalua pork. I had theI also love there Banana Nutella toast with its crunchy toast and layers of sweet goodness, brings me back to my childhood. The customer service here is unparalleled too, I have been here a few times with different crews working and each time, I felt warmly welcome. I would suggest Lazybird Coffee to everyone! It’s somewhere your going to get a amazing meal with genuine friendly service.

Great service! They accidentally made my husband a mocha instead of white chocolate mocha and insisted we take the mocha and made us another one. For the adventurous, try the Samoas or Rose Lychee latte!

Just a chill vibe with the staff, the store and ordering was simple and straightforward. A true hidden gem in Alameda. This is what makes a town really homey and inviting 😁👍🏽
