I wish I could give 20 stars. This place was absolutely the best on the worst day of my life. I had my baby for 15 years and he had a stroke late Tuesday night. Could not get him in to his regular vet or anywhere else. I was suggested to take him to the emergency vet where he would have probably had to wait for hours, and all the reviews in my area were horrific, i really didnt want my baby to have to go there. This place amazingly took us, even though we had never been before, squeezed us in for an appointment without a second thought. The staff was so kind and understanding, I was a mess. They explained everything and offered every single option on the table. We ultimately decided it was time to say goodbye. They explained everything, allowing us as much time as we wanted to not only say goodbye before, but also after. I will never be able to thank them enough for all of their staffs compassion and they had never met me or my baby before.

We recently had to put our loved one down, and it was on a Saturday morning, we called right when they opened, without hesitation told us to come in, and the entire staff was very polite emphatic and showed strong care for our dog. We have always went to them for the routine visits but this put us over the edge knowing we have picked the right vet. Thank you.

Wonderful staff, so caring and gentle with my senior cat. They provided us with thorough information. The doctor spent time with us and answered all of our questions. They really put everyone at ease, even during stressful times. They really care and it shows! Highly recommend their services!

Highly recommend for rabbits! They did my bunny’s neuter a few years back and an absolutely wonderful job. I continue to come back for nail trims, they really treat your pet like their own and you can tell they love what they do! I’m also a very anxious pet mama and they always take the time to talk me through everything and calm my nerves. 10/10

Very knowledgeable doctors and staff. They worked very well with my very stubborn dog. Glad to find a group close by that I'll always feel comfortable bringing Chester to in the future!

We had to put our little pup down (she was14yrs old). I can honestly say I have NEVER experienced more kindness and love from ANY establishment ever. They were so far beyond amazing I just don't have words. They had never met us but treated us and our pup like family. They care so much. Beautiful people.

Took very good care of our cat who had a dental cleaning done. Just cut his nails too short in my opinion for a cat who goes outside a lot. I wish I would've had the option to not get his nails trimmed this time.

They are very nice, caring, and understand what you are going thru. We had to have our dog of 17 yrs put to sleep and they were very kind and let us stay as long as we needed. Wonderful people

Aurora Veterinary Clinic took very good care of my dog Hennessey. They cleaned her teeth, cut her nails, cleaned her ears, and Spaded her. As soon as the procedure was done they called to let me know everything went well.

I moved here after getting married. They took great care of my rabbits! I just got my bonded pair fixed and they were so helpful. My bunnies are back to running around our apartment a week later. Thinking about taking my dog here as well now that I have had experience with them. Everyone was so nice!

Aurora veterinary clinic is the absolute best! Everyone there takes excellent care of my fur babies. They are thorough, kind, compassionate, and truly care about you and your pets. If I could rate them 10 stars I would. As far as I am concerned there is no other veterinary clinic in Ohio!

If I could do more stars than 5, I would. Highly, highly recommend. Losing a pet is rough, this place knows how to make it easier for you and they did for our family.

My first visit was a sad one but the staff was incredibly comforting and kind . They also sent a sympathy letter that took my breathe away . The staff signed the card with messages of sympathy for the loss of our pet . I was humbled and thankful beyond words .

Very organized process for Covid. Also very accommodating to work schedules. Excellent care. Dogs are happy🐕🐶🐾🤩

Very friendly, got an easy appt when the dog was sick. Very helpful with all our questions and concerns. We have the 1 st 🐕.

I love Dr. Burns. Our current dog goes here and we also had another dog who went here for years who we had to put down for cancer last year. While that was probably one of the most traumatic experiences of my life, the vet and staff were extremely compassionate, let our whole family be in the room with him and take as long as we wanted with our goodbyes. I was very impressed with how they handled such a sad and difficult situation for us.

As a new customer, I must rave about this vet office here in Aurora! The quality of service and follow up is absolutely stellar! Every staff member took time and care with both me and my pet. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who wants exceptional care and kindness.

My pets are not afraid to go inside. Friendly, they called me to give me an update on Teddy Bear after his surgery. When I picked him up, more communication on how he was doing and his medication and limitations. They called the next day to see how he was doing.

We normally use Mantua Vet Clinic (their sister clinic) however, we had a puppy who wasn't eating that they helped diagnose and most recently (as in 2 weeks ago) we had a kitten get spade. They are AMAZING with our pets. All of our pets are rescues and have special personalities that the vets and vet techs are super with.

Great service and took excellent care of my dog when he injured his leg! Dr Matlock also provided me with multiple treatment options so we could decide on a treatment plan, and they called to check up on him after the visit. Very good facility!
