Ace Hardware of Aurora

Had an amazing experience with Ace in Aurora. We purchased the Ego Z6 electric riding motor from them and their service was phenomenal. They were so friendly and helpful. We purchased the mower and they immediately followed us home to deliver it. Highly recommend them and we will be long term customers after that experience! So glad they moved into our community. On top of all that, we love the mower too!

Just got back from getting two knives sharpened. I figured with all the food prep I’ll be doing for Thanksgiving it would be worth it. Worth it is a vast understatement!!! I am so thankful they now offer sharpening and my favorite knives are primed and ready to go for the holiday. Thanks so much to Ace and especially Larry for helping me out today! 🎶 Ace is the place with the cool new knife sharpening machine!🎶

Great selection and fantastic help. I was looking for a very specific lamp switch and the guy who helped me got on all 4's to help. Otherwise I was leaving with the wrong item.

People there are very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are generally reasonable. Selection is good. It is very nice having a store like this in Aurora.

Surprisingly large inventory for a small store. Easily 30% more than home Depot but You more than make up for it in convenience. I've been there half a dozen times and every single time I found what I was looking for even when it was a hard to find item. The staff and owner has a expertise in the equipment that they sell which is extremely useful if you've ever tried to buy a chainsaw or string trimmer. Home Depot will point you to what aisle they're in, these guys will help you choose the one that makes sense for you. I still buy large purchases at home Depot because of the price difference but I'm glad we have Ace hardware in Aurora

Better selection of power tools than the surrounding Ace Hardwares. Great Stihl selection. The two Sithl reps know their craft and do a phenomenal job!

Amazing customer service.

I had an Ooni pizza oven issue and was filing a claim with Ooni directly. I spoke to Max over the phone for information and he was able to give me great advice on claims. Shana, the owner, reached out unprompted and ended up helping me out directly instead of waiting for Ooni to respond. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service considering how hard it is to find anymore.

I came in here to grab some items to help get my bosses house powered back up during a power outage. They had what I needed. The staff was also very helpful. Ace can be a little pricey, but I like the hometown feel and it's often much nicer to go here than some of the big box stores.

They greet you at the door and walk you to the aisle you need. Extremely friendly and helpful. They also have a selection of Stihl products for sale and offer Craftsman tools.
