Walgreens

The staff here is always helpful and friendly. They usually have majority of things in stock. Only been a few times in the past few months where they were completely out of a product. Hate that they don't do rain checks anymore. But love the rewards program, I end up saving a lot of money and with clipping the coupons in the app. I also love when I save up my earnings to get $15-$20 off my purchases.

I was just in to pick up a prescription and was thrilled to see the pharmacist help an older woman with a few things including letting her purchase a few other things along with her meds. She even went out in the store to find something for her. This is the exact reason I transferred all my medications to Walgreens from the CVS in Aurora. I did not get the pharmacists name but she was amazing! She apologized to me for the wait and I told her not to worry and that I was very happy to see that customer service is spot on at Walgreens! Way to go team!

I had issue with my medical mutual and Aurora CVS. Medical mutual is no longer contracted with CVS, so I had to have all medications transferred to Walgreens in Aurora. CVS was not helpful nor did they even offer for me to pay out of pocket for my medication which I really needed went to Walgreens, they got my medication transferred to them. I appreciate the pharmacists and staff very much. Please to everyone out there be kind to healthcare workers no matter their field. They are over worked, stressed out they also get sick and have to deal with rude people on a daily basis. Take a breath and be kind. I came from healthcare, so I know.

Not sure why there's any poor reviews about this store especially the pharmacy!! The pharmacists are EXTREMELY helpful, kind & on top of things ... As are the employees & manager at this store. Everyone that is employed there are the most helpful & kindest individuals you'll ever met & they all care about their customers!!!

Answers my questions, seems willing to go the extra mile ( 2 of the pharmacist), compassionate and friendly. I am handicapped and those qualities mean a lot to me !!!

Store pharmacy hours change at random. Hoping hiring shortages begin to decline

The drive thru should be quicker than going inside. They are slow and need to pick up the pace. It is rediculous how long the wait is.

Disappointed in the lack of care and communication from two employees. Large corporations will continue to get less and less of my business. I needed to overnight something through their FedEx department. Neither employee had a clue what to do. Need better training. Learn to smile. I will not be back.

Terrible customer service by pharmacy staff. Some noteworthy observation was the women working the drive through window in blue scrubs was amazing and I heard her dealing with customers there just amazingly. The white coat pharmacists in the back need to take a training class from the blue scrubs woman. You white coats should not even been in a customer service field. Letting people stand at the desk for 15 min while you stare at them while chatting with each other is just plain rude. Sorry this is where I signed up for my Covid shot and you don’t want to do it because you would rather chat with your coworker. Had to leave because I was not about to let either of them stick a needle in my arm after experiencing the condescending holier then thou attitude they put off when they finally did come up to greet me (I use greet loosely). I watched you do it to two more people getting shots and got up and left. I will be signing up at cvs across the street where I usually shop and will never be back there.

I ordered pictures online and went to pick them up. As i was walking to the counter i could hear dissatisfied workers venting about how they were planning on calling off tomorrow. I stood there for a few seconds waiting to be acknowledged, thinking the attitude would shift however that was not the case. I was greeted with a negative attitude from the representative with "what kind of pictures did you order". There was no hello, or even a smile. I didnt know how to respond, so i simply said Im sorry this is my first time, i dont know what you mean. She then stated sizes. The interaction was uncomfortable but i ended up chuckling making a joke about a pic to ease the tension but wasnt even given eye contact or acknowledgement (not that i care that she didnt think my joke was humorous, i am just attempting to explain the boldness of her poor customer service). She then walked away as i viewed my pictures. As i was done i waited patiently for her to acknowledge me as she was sorting something else out. She then looked at me and said "are you planning on checking out?" I responded and she remained in her position and just shook her head. I dont know if it was towards me or something she was thinking. I had additional questions and she was just so disengaged and visibly annoyed with her job. Im a very understanding person and feel that everyday will not be a strong day for others but had i not really wanted these pictures i would have left them there and went elsewhere. I should not have to feel like i am being a bother seeking information or being a first time purchaser. I had planned on ordering additional pictures but will take my buisness elsewhere. My thing is, if you dont like your job, find a new one.

My husband had shoulder surgery, needed a prescription filled, was told not until tomorrow due to staffing shortage. Went to Walgreens in Streetsboro, they did it in 30 minutes. This was the first time Walgreens Aurora let us down :(

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service, managers and all, was on the phone for about 45 minutes being passed around left and right between people from different departments. Pharmacy even answered the phone telling me someone's perscription(very unethical) finally got to speak to someone in the FedEx department where I come to find out they never scanned in nor have any clue where my package is.. and now I owe money to the company that I was shipping my package back to. If I could give a zero star I would

Always delay with online orders and they never have them ready on time.
