Convenient location with decent prices. I've never had a problem going to this Shell station. It can be a bit crowded due to the centralized location in Aurora, but overall, you will almost always find an open pump.

Cant use credit card, said declined to everyone waiting. The attendant was nice and helpful though.

The lot is tiny and roughly half the pumps don't accept payments at any given time, so the whole place is packed full of cars wandering from pump to pump trying to buy gas.

This is an unacceptable situation for the only gas station in town. Please do better. Get someone out to repair these pumps! It's been like this for too long. Nobody wants to be forced to go inside to pay.

Bought a pack of cigarettes at 10:45am on Saturday, April 27th. I specifically asked for Camel Menthol and figured it was a simple task to complete my request. I get out to the vehicle start to open the pack and realize that she gave me the wrong type.

I decided to walk back in to see what she can do. “oh that’s right you did say menthol, how many did I sell you?” Due to the pack being opened she could not return the item. In any other situation I’d understand but if she had been competent to select the correct pack I wouldn’t be out nearly $8.

Unfortunately this is where the company I owns does ALL of their refueling (that’s 11 trucks and 6 cars) plus all of my employees purchasing items they choose. After today’s experience and a few others that weren’t so exceptional we will be taking business elsewhere.

Moral of the story: hire competent employees or have a system in place for when they make major mistakes and you lose a customer base.

Worst station ever! Manager and some of the older employees are very rude. Customer Service from the older individuals is of poor quality. Professionalism is quite low. Pick another Station.

Don't go there for vehicle fuses - they don't have any! Pretty basic necessity.
