Cafe Toscano

My husband & I have been to this restaurant at least 10 times now & it's always a pleasant dining experience. The food is absolutely devine & the atmosphere is warm. By far the best Italian restaurant in the area! Just make sure you call ahead & make a reservation beforehand, they are always busy!

Great place to get a nice dinner in Aurora. Had the veal special with shrimp and it was delicious. Limited seating so make sure you have a reservation!

Update: had dinner here with my husband on a busy Saturday night. Service was great and the atmosphere was lively. We started with crab cakes (fabulous) and he enjoyed the osso buco (very tender) and I had the pollo toscano (THAT sauce!). Loved dinner. The garlic rolls are delightful.

Please note that reservations are highly recommended.

Great place. Amazing Italian food, good service, friendly employees, and nice atmosphere. Been here several times and never disappointed with the food. Also, they serve amazing garlic bread balls before dinner. Yum! A huge wine selection of varying price points and a nice bar to sit at if you don't want a table.

Last time my husband and I had the arancini, osso bucco, and cheese ravioli. Everything was very good, served hot, and there was plenty of osso bucco to take home. We look forward to going back!

This time I had the Pollo Toscano and he had the osso bucco. Both were excellent.

RESERVATIONS ONLY! First time here, and AMAZING. Our waitress Karen was fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable with the wine pairing and even offered samples to test with our meal. The food was made fresh to order with in house sauces and pastas. Dinner bread and oil butter to dip was flavorful and plentiful. A great friendly atmosphere in a location so quaint. So worth the hour drive.

When I first moved to the area, I would pick up Door Dash orders from here all of the time. The dining room is almost always packed and the smells wafting out from the kitchen made my mouth water. I knew that I had to try it and bring my Italian American family for a visit. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. The gnocchi are perfect pillows of comfort food and the sauce was rich and flavorful. So glad to have found this place.

My husband and I visited this restaurant on 12/30/2023 and we had such a great experience! We ordered from the holiday drink menu and their speciality Paloma was amazing! My husband ordered the cavatelli and meatballs and I ordered the Cajun Cream Fettuccine; both were very delicious. The portions were plentiful as we both got 3 additional meals out of our leftovers. The bread was the best part; you can tell it’s freshly made. The crab cakes were cooked to perfection. The waitress also boxed up our left overs and wrapped them in cling wrap. My ONLY gripe is that when we were seated, it took about 15 minutes for the waitress to come over and greet us. I do give her the benefit of the doubt because they looked short handed and she was very nice/attentive during our meal. Overall, this place is 100% worth a visit!

Excellent in all areas! Food, service & atmosphere!

First time and we had a such great experience. We ordered muscles and pizza from appetizers.
Muscles are incredible and full of flavor. Pizza is crispy. Also, we ordered lobster ravioli- AMAZING, and shrimp and artichoke pasta- AMAZING too. From the desert menu we had a limoncello cake. Definitely try it if you go there. Service is very attentive but at the same not too much, which I personally enjoy. Ambience is very cozy.

My first time dining here and food was not only hot but delicious! We can't get enough of the homemade rolls omg! Our waitress was great too she even gave us some rolls to go. Oh and large portions too so except to take home leftovers.

Another wonderful experience at Cafe Toscano! This was an impromptu visit and we didn't have a reservation but they cheerfully accommodated us. Our food was excellent but it was the service that was timed to perfection that made our visit memorable. Oh, did I mentuon that the portions were very generous too?! It really pleased me to see how my Mom enjoyed herself.

I was craving Carbonara so we decided to try this place for the first time. The food was amazing! The restaurant is so tiny, but the food didn't take too long. I'm definitely coming back!

Second time here. Excellent service and food the penne arrabbiata and arrancici were incredible. My wife had the grilled salad and margarita pizza which she thoroughly loved. Meatballs were good as well. Leftovers for another meal. Tiramisu was incredible as well -very well balanced delicate and not overly sweet. A total recommend.

I don’t know how I’ve never left a review before. My husband and I have been coming to cafe toscano for years (the owner was gracious enough to allow me to have my wedding shower here) and it is hands down the best food we’ve ever had. All their dishes are phenomenal. Everything is always perfectly cooked, from the pasta to the scallops and shrimp. And the staff is always extremely attentive and friendly! Highly recommend!

I had an AMAZING Keto friendly meal!! We had wonderdul service!!
We tried the Filet with spinach with brussels. It was delicious!! My husband had muscles toscano and spaghetti Agilio E olio.
I had a coffee that was so fresh too
My husband tried their vanilla bean cheesecake and he said was THE BOMB!

Outstanding food and service. The garlic rolls provided before the meal were wonderful. Probably the best veal parmigiana I've ever eaten. The shrimp in the appetizer were huge. Our server was amazing and made for a delightful evening. Nice spot for a special evening out.

Last minute decision for us & we show up at 6pm to find a small dining room completely full....without reservations. No matter. They made a lovely al fresco area available, and though short staffed, the service was on point. No hesitation to recommend!

Excellent food and service very large portions. Highly recommend making a reservation.
