I recently drove 45 minutes to get my car serviced, and I have to say, it was well worth the trip. The service and parts team at this dealership truly go above and beyond for their clients. They did a phenomenal job covering the warranty on my 2023 Charger splash guards , and I couldn't be happier with their service. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy dealership, If you're in the market for a new car, I strongly suggest trying out this dealer. Thanks for excellent service I received from DON HULL. He was very professional & helpful explaining the procedures involved in purchasing my car. After I was finished with paper work he took me to my car & explained all the instruments & how they work. You are very lucky to have him as an employee. I would only buy a car from him in the future!!

The entire sales staff was phenomenal. Our salesman Dennis was awesome! He wasn't pushy or just trying to make a sale. He was polite, friendly, professional and courteous. Fact is, he didn't make an initial sale, we came back and found the vehicle we have been searching for hiding around the corner. The finance personnel are perfect at what they do! The sales staff that wasn't even helping us were ever so polite and kind. The dealership is clean, well organized and worth the visit! I would recommend anyone to pay them a visit!

Fast, efficient and polite service - oil change, tire rotation and diagnostic through the Express Lane with no appointment. In and out in less than an hour. Service staff stays in touch to keep you informed of status and any issues.

I went in for a quick vist and got the best trade in offer around and left with a brand new Wrangler, thanks to Salesman CHARLES HOLMES. He sold me by treating me and my wife well from the start I notice everyone that was attended by his team walked out highly satisfied. Christy did a great job of getting me scheduled even though it was not done previously. An online schedule attempt did not go through but she was able to get me in any way. I was able to get my car a regular service and drive a vehicle we are considering for my wife in less than an hour. Very impressed and appreciative.

Customer service was excellent. The GM came out and worked with me to find a better rate. They also worked with me to save on manufactures extended warranty, beat prices I found online. Glad I went to Ganley Chrysler and Jeep in Aurora.

Tim was great! We came in a while ago & the van we liked had just sold. So Tim kept in touch with my husband about Pacifica’s because that’s what we were interested in. I wasn’t really looking to get a new car right now but it was a great van (Limited )with everything & Tim did a great job showing us the features!

Great customer service! After a terrible experience at another Jeep dealership I took my Jeep to the service department here. I had a mouse nest under the hood and apparently they got hungry eating the wires. Christy was absolutely fantastic! Her care, follow through and constant communication was above and beyond my expectations. I couldn't be happier with my entire experience here and with Christy!

Dennis and Brandon were AWESOME to deal with. I can't stress enough how smooth and easy everything went. Since I was coming from out of state I was hoping fit that and they delivered in spades. Dennis and I talked back and forth and he was always quick to respond. If you're in the Cleveland area, you won't go wrong going to see Dennis and Brandon!!

We had the bad luck of picking up a nail in the rear passenger side tire. We were told it was not repairable and that we needed to purchase a new tire. After examining the other 3 tires, we were told that we would probably need new tires in the very near future. Being we were in mid January, it was a no brainer that we replaced them all. Warranty did cover the damaged tire, so we did get a break there. Ganley has been really nice to work with from the Sales team to the Service team since purchasing our vehicle back in 2021. The only thing that would have made this trip better would have been that they had the tires in stock at the dealership the same day we came in. We do not like the "donut" tire that came with our vehicle purchase.😁
