Andy was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. We were actively reviewing homes and were approved through an alternate lender at the time that we first contacted Howard Hanna Mortgage Services. Not many companies or loan originators will give you the attentive and thorough communication that we received.

As we decided on placing an offer on the home we chose, we thought it was important to get a second pre-approval. Keep in mind that this initial request for pre-approval was on a Sunday; where I fully expected to get a voicemail. However, Andy was able to get us pre-approved and we submitted the offer Sunday an got our acceptance from the seller on Monday. Again, Andy was diligent, helpful and above all responsive.
