Whit's Frozen Custard

A lot of people do not know the difference between ice cream and frozen custard. The difference is one ingredient- the eggs. It is a similar recipe that most people used to make homemade ice cream growing up. Remember the ice and the salt. It’s why people say it tastes homemade. Its richer and thicker. The machines process the mixture differently and it comes out in a rectangular shape into the bucket that holds the ice cream. With Whitts they use fresh ingredients and have perfected creative recipes that make us so good. They have a flavor of the month that is always worth trying. Be careful if you go late in the day as they are known to run out of the flavor of the day. This is about the best custard I’ve had outside of Abbots in Rochester NY.

The service at this location is great! The staff are always friendly and helpful. No matter what flavor custard you get the quality ingredients make for a delicious treat. One of my absolute favorite things are Whit's is that I can get a frozen treat for my doggies when I take them for a ride. My two Labradors love the "Pup Cups" they get from Whit's. I highly recommend Whit's Frozen Custard.

I like whits frozen custard. Nice cooling treat on a hot summer day. Or a nice memory on a fall day. No matter the custard is really good. The only down fall is you can only eat outside...even if no pandemic was here. The atmosphere of a busy highway is not appealing to me.

We came with a large group of kids. They didn't seem overwhelmed or frustrated. They were kind and quick. Of course it was also delicious

Love this location! We live in Zanesville and our location are cheap with the ingredients! We had butter pecan in Zanesville on Tuesday and had 3 pieces in one waffle cone and 4 pieces in the other waffle cone! For $7 we ate done with Zanesville. We will stop in Heath next time we are in the area. Family tell us your butter pecan is loaded with pecans. We had the almond joy our last visit and it was awesome! Thanks for not cheating your customers and product.

Amazing custard! The flavor of the week, Almond Joy, taste just like the candy bar. We got a scoop of vanilla for our puppy and she loved it!

Every time I walk into Whit's I fall in love a little bit more.
Right off the bat, the sweet scent of iced goods knocks me off of my feet. It's the very scent I want Jesus to smell of.
The service is not only friendly, but fun. You can tell it's a good work environment by the actively warm and inviting atmosphere.
Lest we forget about the custard, an ice-cream alternative that's so good, ice-cream itself should be shamed.
I suggest the Mud Whitzer, I have to force myself to try anything else because, oh my god guys, it's so good.

Man Oh man that is nothing finer than Whits custard on a sunny afternoon. Friendly staff and great frozen custard. Take a quart or two home. They always have other flavors on hand!

Rich & creamy. Costs slightly more than other places, but Whit's quality, flavor, & consistency are the best.
