AMC Factoria 8

Haven't been here in years-- came back and had another great experience. AMC excels at bringing in really cool art films in addition to blockbusters; that's a big reason why I go out of my way to support them.

Theater was comfortable and the popcorn was perfect. Sound and picture were excellent. Great customer service from Vanessa and Patrick who did a great job with the crowds and made everybody feel welcome. Will definitely come back for round three!

This place is special to me because it’s where my daughter and I fell in love with going to the movies. Wreck It Ralph was our first movie outing together. The staff is always nice and the popcorn is always fresh. I even stop in just to get a quick refill for movie night at the house. Great place to relax on a rainy day

I have the 3 movies/week pass and come here often. Always clean and the staff are super friendly and want to gush with you about the movie you're going to see! Since they clean so often, a couple times the chairs were unplugged and didn't recline. I just asked someone to come help and they did so immediately and the fix was very simple! It's also close to a lot of restaurants so it's easy to do dinner and a movie without missing the previews!

Convenient! Great parking. Very comfortable seats. Do ever have to worry about you view or your chair being kicked.

First movie post COVID-19 after AMC loosened mask restrictions. The staff here are friendly and helpful, cheerfully greeting us at the door. They have a bit more than popcorn available in the concession area (pizza, chicken tenders). And last but not least, the seats are comfy red leather(ish) recliners which are super comfortable even for a movie the length of a typical Zach Snyder offering. Will probably be back here moving forward for our cinematic needs in the south Seattle/Bellevue area.

I looove this movie theater. They will help you if you have any type of issue, they do their best to keep everything tidy and most of it if not all theaters have recliner seats. There are plenty of parking and if you live close by like I do, get your membership cause is worthy every penny

Excellent theater. The recliners and vibe are super relaxed. The staff is really helpful too!

Clean, restrooms are surprisingly very clean, the sits are very comfortable, you can put your feet up and lay down all the way back, the staff is nice, they have a wide selection of candy and if you order your snacks online and buy your tickets in advance they take your snacks directly to your sits 10 minutes before the movie starts; there's not a lot of people which is very nice.

The best in Seattle east side! I’m so happy here as many Asian food and market in this region!

Experienced "Killers of the Flower Moon" at this theater. The film was 3 1/2 hours long so it was nice to be seated in a luxury reclining chair....very nice. The food was junk and the previews were WAY TOO LOUD for goodness sake! Don't make me deaf before the movie! Thanks.

Nothing better to celebrate our reopening of theaters with A Quiet Place 2. I watched the first one in AMC too on a recliner seat and superb surround system. It feels good to be back to the theater after the pandemic. Will never take this as granted anymore. AMC stonks u go to the moon for us!

I liked it before the remodel, but now... it’s even better! The seats were great and so was the screen. I think this is a hidden gem of a theater! The parking is not bad either.

Went to see a new release. Friendly staff, clean venue. Couldn't hear bleed over noise from adjacent movies which is a huge annoyance when it happens. Maybe the adjacent movies weren't overly loud ones. For my experience I could only hear the movie I was watching so I was very happy 😁 Popcorn was fresh. Overall Very happy 😊

We go here a lot as it is the closest to our place and they have the reclining seats and free parking. They are smaller so do not always get the more obscure or smaller films.

Came here to watch Rogue One, was not disappointed. $11 for electrically reclining seats is all you really need to know; everything has been renovated in the past couple of years, so the seats are incredible, the lighting is nicer, and the carpets and bathrooms are cleaner.

Only downside is the ludicrously expensive food ($13.69 for a pizza combo meal or some other insane pricing) but that's a part of life for theatergoers. Just eat at home or at any restaurant in Factoria before you come, and you'll be fine.

Very comfortable seating. Never have to worry that you can not see or if someone will keep kicking the back of your chair. Concessions are efficient and typically overpriced. Easy parking.

I went to see the Barbie movie here, after having not seen a movie in 7yrs (seriously, Hidden Figures was the last one I saw in theaters 😅), and I was running late because I got lost driving there in spite of Google maps lol, so I was a bit panicked when I got there and didn't know what to do, since my party was already in the theater and I only had a screenshot of my ticket - I basically just found the first employee I saw and was like "HELP" lol.

But the staff members were all so kind and helpful, they didn't at all laugh at my ridiculous inability to know what to do lol, they asked the right questions, directed me on exactly where to go, told me they hoped I enjoyed my first movie in awhile, and got me into the theater quickly. 10/10, great experience. 😊

Oh, and the seats were the comfortable reclining kind, they and the rest of the theater were clean, the bathrooms were very clean as well, and the snack line was never more than a few people long despite them being very busy that day because they had a lot of people working the counter. Overall, the theater seemed to be run very well! 😁

Favorite theater due to reclining seats being so comfortable. Nice big screen and sound system. Facilities are clean. Can even pump butter on your popcorn yourself.

What on EARTH. Seats are comfortable, clean and even the side seats are a decent spot to watch the movie from. Usually the back middle seats are best place to sit, but I would say that all the seats are decent.

Usually I would have neck pain or some sort of disability after watching the movies from a strange angle, however no issues were spotted from sitting on the sides.

We showed up late and still managed to get snacks and be in our seats before the movie actually started.
