I called to get help on obtaining a booklet for the food handler testing. The lady I spoke with was very very very helpful and accommodating. I really appreciated her help.

Security at the front door was the most courteous, professional and helpful person i have encountered in a very long time! This young man was so respectful and genuinely kind, providing me with clear and concise verbal directions, as well as guiding me to the elevator without even being asked. I wasn't even able to obtain the paperwork that i had come for, but after my encounter with a young lady at the window with a sincerely lovely personality, i left with a smile on my face and helpful instructions on how to accomplish obtaining the death certificate i needed. Thank you BFHD for employing individuals with a desire to help others, and the ability to represent your department with a high level of professionalism and respect.

Had a great experience the last two times I have been here. Receptionists were professional and accommodating. I was able to get my application in for approval for a septic system very quickly and got helped too with clear instructions for testing my water for my well. Thank you very much for your service!

Doing well with the resources available. Pubkic health has been slowly gutted over the past decades and some don't understand what they do, shoukd do, and not do since COVID. Great public servants and had great experience as a user before COVID and in public outreach since COVID.
