This place has a really great crew. They are always happy, friendly, and willing to help. Danny in the deli is a superstar. Remy and Brian are always great to chat with as well!

Our favorite grocery store! We drive 15 mins to get there. Best meat department around! Staff is super helpful. Prices are reasonable and in line with most stores. Spectacular bakery!

Food freshness-right on.
Neat and spacious- tadow.
Bathrooms- sanitized, well stocked and clean.

I could find my groceries rather than be in aisle confusion.

I've been shopping at Stater Bros for a long time, but a recent experience has turned me into a lifelong customer. The manager went super out of his way to return my lost wallet, and I could not be more grateful or impressed—he really showcased that the staff truly care about their customers! 👏👏👏 Customer service 10/10.

Aside from the amazing staff, the groceries are well priced and well stocked (which is why I usually opt to shop here anyways). Highly recommend!

I enjoy doing most of my grocery shopping at Staters Bros on Carmel Mountain Rd, its a great store, especially for the excellent professional customer service from their store manager Joe, he is the BEST! He shows to be a great team leader, always goes out of his way making sure his customers are taken care of. He is so deserving to be given recognition.

Amazing customer service today for my first time I tried stater brothers and won’t be my last! I had a nice Italian sandwich made and it was great!!!
Both guys working behind the counter knocked my socks off unbelievable service and I wound up getting three salads that were very good good job stater brothers my first impression was wow a lot of stores could really learn from this place! The cashier was even nice!!!! What a gem

Been going to this place since I was a kid and they've always had good customer service and great meat prices. The deli is delicious and you usually get served pretty quick. I always find the hidden gems concerning special edition 12 packs of beer/drinks here so keep an eye out

The current assistant manager, Joe, is very responsive, fast move and fill of energy on my trip today! He is definitely one of the best managers I met ever. When he finds the line a little longer (2 on each line, not bad), he quickly moves to start a new line to make sure everyone is taken care of! With this high quality of service, I believe the store will always serve the best for the community! Bravo!

It's always a great experience when I shop at this location. I love that the workers are incredibly friendly and helpful at the deli and meat areas. Cashiers are friendly and work very hard to get there customers through their line with very little waiting time. Great variety of products.

If you need MASA for tamales during the holidays, this stater bros has it pre made, and it's good. They also have good deals and aren't as expensive as Vons.

Since the remodel, they keep everything in stock and the staff is so kind. They have always been so caring. They are one of my favorite grocery stores! Update: I just visited here, today, and it is just as clean and organized as before!

Nice hometown type grocery store. We were just visiting our Son for his wedding and found this gem. The only complaint, the taxes charged and .10 cents for a bag. It would be impossible to live there off of retirement and disability. Something needs to be done about the way the state is run. It is no wonder there are so many homeless out there!

I love Stater Brothers! I wish there were more around. When I'm in neighborhoods we're these stores are at I definitely doy shopping here. I travel alot and will search out a SB before any other store. I love the well stocked shelves, clean and orderly aisles and the friendly help. Meat counter is great and cashier's are friendly not too mention the prices are definitely right. A wonderful place to shop!
