The UPS Store

I use this UPS office almost daily for my small e-commerce business. Everyone works here always welcome me with a big smile and kindness. By far this is the best UPS store I use. I hope UPS really appreciate their employees in this branch!

They really are great. Every single person that works there. Very helpful, kind, and they keep it clean as well. Excellent experience over the past few years.

Overall great experiences with this UPS store. Above standard service and a great team! Karen is the BEST!

Best UPS store..........

I had a PO Box at Torrey Highlands Center (7875 Highland Village Place) and.... they shut down (got evicted) - gave no notice, sounds like their staff may not have even had a heads up let alone clients.... I just showed up to get my mail and the place was "permanently closed" but this location was listed as who took over receiving mail.

I go to this location and find out that the Torrey Highlands location has actually shut down THREE times.... and it has happened the same way each time.

I didn't realize that UPS locations are franchises which are individually owned, so accounts can't be transferred to a new location, even if one location goes under like what happened here.

That means the money I paid at the other location is just gone......

This location however said they would receive my mail for a month at no charge as an apology for the other store being so out of integrity, just because they felt bad, they have zero actual obligation to do so!!!

Dana helped me set things up at this location and completely took care of me.

Karen and her husband who have owned this store for a few decades went ABOVE AND BEYOND........ I met Karen as well and she is lovely.

The whole team here is amazing. This could have been a whole mess but instead was completely solved within the hour, no stress at all.

This UPS store has become my daughter's favorite place to visit when we're in the area - the people who work there are incredibly nice and always offer the best stickers to the kids. We come here for all our Amazon returns and my daughter always wants to tag along now :)

I highly recommend the Carmel Mountain UPS Store! I had a mailbox there for 8 years. Everyone was so nice and professional. Karen was the best! I always looked forward to going and saying hello. Amazing service! :)

Today 9/15/21 I went to this UPS Store and both ladies were so sweet. They were both super busy and the line got kinda long but it was totally understandable I had a good experience. They assured we all would be helped and it was the best. I love coming to this UPS Store. Its so good I dont think I'd go to any other UPS Store since I feel so comfortable there with the little amount of times I've been there. This store is very Reliable! I would reccomend for anyone to go to this UPS Store!!

Spent a week in San diego and got some things that we couldn't bring back on the plane. The owner or manager lady was great, she was from st Louis missouri, they package our items with a lot of bubble wrap to insure nothing was broken or damaged in the shipping process. I highly recommend them if you need something shipped if your in that area.

Amazing service! I walked in with a large and heavy package and the 2 women working immediately made room for me and helped me cram my huge item into a box without me even saying anything. I was so grateful for their help since I was worried about how I would be able to fit that into a box by myself. Thank you!!!

Karen is so nice. She is like the super kind neighbor I never had. Got notarized by her. The lady working with her was also very nice and I can see a great team between them.

Ladies working here are so sweet, kind, helpful and knows their job. I hv gone to multiple locations through out poway, carmel mountain UPS stores but this was the only store that had the best customer service, better prices and my packages got shipped the same day I drop off.

The staff is beyond friendly and helpful! I used to dread going to the post office to ship things - the long lines, limited service, and unhelpful employees made it miserable. This place is the exact opposite and I look forward to going. They absolutely killed it over Christmas 2020 - they helped me pack and ship countless packages that all arrived safe and early!

Karen has owned this store before it became a UPS Store. She has been in business for over 30 years! She give excellent customer service. While other stores might nickel and dime you, she always tries to find you the best deal. In fact, she never charges people who bring in their open Amazon packages. Most stores would make you buy tape and have you do it yourself, but she happily helps everyone without a fee. You just don't get that kind of service nowadays.

Karen & Dana are the absolute best. Really patient, helpful, considerate and willing to go above and beyond and assist their customers. Recommend this to any and everyone!!
