My husband's shirts came out beautifully cleaned and pressed with just the right amount of starch. We also had her hem several pairs of pants and they came out perfect as well, at a fair price. Glad to have found Los coaches cleaners.

My husband and I have been taking our clothes here to be dry cleaned for 7 years....ever since we moved into the neighborhood. The only time a stain didn’t come out was when it was an obvious tough stain. We’ve been really happy with the quality of dry cleaning. We also appreciate the fact that the owner is almost always there. They take pride in their business and we like supporting that.

I have used this business many times over the years and have been satisfied with their service. It is a family owned business and the owners are very friendly and nice people as well.

Worst customer service ever! The owner began a minor sewing repair without informing me of the cost. When I asked the price, she looked over, got up out of her seat, and returned the slacks to me unrepaired. She yelled that she had no time for me!

Hmm…just because I had the audacity to ask for the cost of a repair before she began the job. The oddest part of this entire scenario is that I was willing to pay for it… I just wanted to know if I was going to pay w/ cash or credit card. Never again!

BEWARE... I caught them not cleaning my shirts and just pressing them so they appeared laundered. The owner had a very strange reaction when confronted about this. She began yelling at me and told me the stains would not come out after cleaning the shirts more than once. That is when my suspicions were confirmed...
the "stains" in question on several shirt sleeves, cuffs, and chest were all puppy saliva that comes off easily with a wet wash cloth. If the shirts had been cleaned surely the puppy saliva would have come off just like it did when I rubbed a wash cloth over them.

I do not believe the owner is a moral or ethical person. I believe they got caught cutting corners and the reaction was to blame the customer. AVOID USING THIS CLEANERS!
