The front lobby was warm and welcoming, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was warm and hearty. Great stay overall.

Really love this place. Have to stay here for work and this is a very nice hotel to stay. Staff is very nice, the whole cleaning crew is super helpful too and breakfast is not bad so, definitely the best option to stay in.

This hotel is really quite nice. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was typical and fine, the grounds are kept up really nicely. The room was good with just a couple small complaints: the bed was kind of hard, the carpet was dirty, and the pillows were lumpy. But even with those small issues, I plan to stay here again in the future. Carbondale is a nice town and the hotel's location couldn't be better. It's close to the highway to Glenwood, Basalt, and Aspen. It's right by the bike trail and the river and other recreational activities. Maria in the breakfast room deserves extra credit for her friendliness and for keeping everything stocked and super clean. Also, there was a problem with my reservation, but they were able to fix it with no problem. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in the area. Thanks for a nice stay!

Close to Aspen with way better prices. The room was clean and the front desk agents were very kind.

This is a beautiful newly renovated lodging choice offered by Choice hotels, they offer a full early breakfast by 5:30am. Service is Great rooms are Beautiful and it is a Great place to take the family weather your off to visit Aspen Colorado or want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Glenwood springs. Limited eating offerings in this town so stop in Glenwood for more options but a Great option to rest and enjoy time with the family

Staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful for my family and I. Rooms were clean and well stocked, the women's public bathroom even had free feminine products. Continental breakfast was popular with the young ones, and coffee, tea, and fruit was available at all hours. The guest laundry room had a shared jug of detergent that saved me from wearing my dirty clothes another day!

Super clean. Friendly staff, great accommodations. Expect the pool to be small, but warm. The hot tub is hot but I couldn't find the Jets. breakfast was ample waffles eggs sausage etc. Newspaper available.

Jill, and her companion Ivy, at the front desk was very kind and accommodating. I mistakenly booked a one-bed room for two people and she switched us to a bigger room without a second thought. The room was clean and super comfortable. Would highly recommend anyone planning of staying in the area to book a room at this hotel!

Stayed here last weekend on a whim (and budget) - Great customer service and staff - Jill at the front desk made sure that me, my partner and my animals stay was as comfortable as possible. We were greeted with snacks and waters as well as directed to the nearest restaurant/bar, The Goat. Great service and price - I would definitely recommend friends/family stay here

The manager is a true gem. I asked for a quiet upstairs room and got this phenomenal room, 201. Two windows with great views of the sunrise over the mountains. Super nice staff. Great breakfast if you actually want healthy and calories to go ski all day. Lots of fresh fruit. Any one who complains is a spoiled orifice. Also very clean rooms, great TV. Firm mattresses, new bedding. And a super great deal to avoid expensive Aspen, and be close to Glenwood springs.

My husband, young daughter and I had a great experience staying here. The staff was especially helpful, and the employees were very kind to my rowdy two year old, chatting with her and even bringing her little toys.

We stayed there for a few days the other night and we had an exceptional visit. Clean rooms, not bad for the price!! JOJO at the front desk was incredible. She assisted our annoying requests with a smile and it was appreciated. She made the experience that much better. Great job JOJO!

What a gem! Outstanding location close to Aspen and Glenwood Springs, skiing, hiking, white water rafting and all the outdoor fun you can handle! Convenience store, liquor store and a couple of restaurants all within a short walk. Honey Butter diner across the street is a MUST! Fabulous breakfast!
Cozy rooms and very quiet. Amazing views of the river and the mountains. Every staff member we encountered was sweet and friendly and accommodating. Great job guys!

We had to find a hotel quick due to an accident on I-70 that would have slowed us down by several hours. This hotel is very clean, updated, and check in was quick. Very cute area just south of Glenwood Springs with beautiful mountain views. They also have a little grassy area great to just sit and relax or to let the kids run around,😊Overall a great hotel that was affordable at the last minute.

Excellent customer service. Very clean rooms. Lobby is very updated and chic. Pet friendly and well maintained. Landscaping and outdoor area was gorgeous. Very pleased with our stay.

I stayed up here for my birthday plus 3 friends, all I got to say is that I was very impressed! Kathy & the other young lady I checked in with were super great! I cant believe they let you rent out bikes for free it was such a nice touch especially since renting one out there can be pretty expensive especially when I was the one paying everything for my trip haha. The view from our room was to die for. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. Front desk was always super kind. Breakfast was plentiful! I ate almost all their supply of bacon haha. I was also very pleased with their swimming pool/ hot tub & I enjoyed that they let us stay a little longer. I would definitely recommend staying here & I will stay again.

This was a great place to stay! They answered the phone "Your home away from home " and they live up to that. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the atmosphere of the place was inviting. Places to sit, nice pool, and good breakfast added to our stay. Would highly recommend. Be aware that there is no elevator to the second floor which was a minor inconvenience.

So pretty really beautiful area. great for pets nice grassy areas and potty bag dispenser so thoughtful. Very few places are this pet friendly. The breakfast is super yummy so many choices you can have a different breakfast everyday you stay. Negatives no elevator so you have to walk up stairs not really that bad except when you're taking up and down your bags or if you have disability make sure to make special accommodations

We worked with Adrian to book our room. He was so pleasant to work with! The room was very clean and surprisingly spacious. We also had a fantastic view of Mount Sopris. 10/10 would recommend this hotel!

Stayed here for a week on work. Was very nice staff, decently clean place. The bathroom had some eh spots but for the post part if was nice to come back to after a long day at work. I'd recommend. Breakfast was great!
