Danni gives THE BEST massages i’ve ever had. We made major progress on old sports injuries I was working through! I felt so comfortable and welcomed from when I first arrived at this studio. The yoga classes are always the perfect start to my day!

I booked an appointment with Emmy for a massage because my calves have been feeling tight and painful. It was wonderful, and I’m feeling SO much better. I’m not used to massages, and I was really grateful for Emmy’s clear guidance and support. And I was just amazed at how she identified the places that were hurting and addressed the specific issue. If you’ve been thinking about getting a massage, I highly recommend align as a place to go to try it and see if it’s for you. It’s a calm, focused, caring space, and I’m so glad I decided to go!

I usually don't like massages, but I decided to give it a shot to deal with a nagging shoulder injury. I booked an appointment with Amy and couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience.

Amy has magic hands (and feet) and worked all the pain and immobility out of the shoulder, and gave me the bonus of a full body relaxing massage. I was so spent by the end, I had a hard time getting off the table. Wonderful experience, start to finish.

So far so good on the shoulder since, and I was very glad I decided to do this. Highly recommend Amy for massage. Her technique, the music, the oil, the heated table...all were perfect.

Amy is an absolutely phenomenal masseuse. She made me feel comfortable and at ease as soon as I walked in the door, and her warm, inviting presence was grounding in and of itself. Add to that the fact that her hands work pure magic, and it's absolutely one of the best massages I've ever experienced. I will definitely be a return customer!

Her techniques relieved pain and tension that other therapists have been unable to do. She tailors her work to the individual needs of the client, which I appreciate. My wife and I have enjoyed many massages over the years on many different continents and I can confidently say that Kim give the best massages out of anyone we have come across. I’m not a big Yoga guy, but I hear the Yoga classes are also great!

I felt so embodied after my 60 minute massage with Tonica. She asked great questions to help me get clear on what I was looking to receive. Her intuitive touch, comfortable bed, great music all came together for an amazing hour. I cannot wait to come back!

I got my parents a gift card for Align about two Christmas's ago! Of course they forgot about it until about one month ago when I reminded them so thank goodness the gift cards do not expire! I emailed Kimberly to make sure they could be booked at the same time and she responded immediately and was very accommodating. The appointment was last Friday and my parents are still talking about how great their massages were. It was my mom's first ever massage and she is already talking about booking her next massage with Amy! My dad typically has chronic back pain, but since his massage with Tonica has said this is the best his back has felt in years! The wellness industry can sometimes feel daunting to those who are new to it or may feel "other" for any reason (race/age/weight/ability) so it was super important to me that my black dad and Korean mom felt welcome and respected. When looking for a studio in STL, something about Align felt like they understood that and I am very happy to say I picked the right studio!! I have been going to Align for about a month now. I have really enjoyed becoming a member of this studio. Yoga for Beginners on Sunday mornings with Danni, has become a vital part of my weekend routine. Restorative Yoga with Bridget on Monday evenings is another great class, Bridget has amazing energy! Strength + Balance with Danni on Thursday evenings is a great core workout. I also received a great massage from Tonica, and looking forward to trying out some of the other services that are offered. This studio is a total gem in the Shaw Neighborhood!

The customer service, especially from Kimberly, is exceptional. The infrared sauna has been a true healing source for me, recommended by my holistic doctor. I was only in town for a short amount of time, but if I lived here, I would definitely go back to Tonica! You could tell that she was extremely knowledgeable about the body and the mind/body connection, using her expertise of breath-work and trauma informed practices to facilitate a great massage. Can't recommend her enough.
