everyone is always chatting me up when I go in. prices are always in line with my budget Haha! i win... and the quality is still very good. it's a smaller store that does get busy. which I have witnessed personally. however I was watching the attendant make the call over the loud speaker. I swear to all things holy and good. THE PHONE DIDN'T MAKE ITS WAY BACK TO ITS CRADLE! Before all hands were on deck.

I trust Kroger brands! We in St. Louis miss Kroger, but for now Rule will work. Thank You!

Ruler has been our primary grocery store for many years. It's like an Aldi but with Kroger products. Great prices, generally a good stock. Not a ton of vegetables but a decent amount and what they have is good. It's never too crowded. This is not a fancy grocery store, and it doesn't have every brand you're looking for. But it's our spot, and I definitely recommend it.

I love Ruler food store on S. Grand. Great quality on food. Nice staff for past 9 months. The parking in front of store is for RULER FOOD and FAMILY DOLLAR, which that's not good. I wish FAMILY dollar Customers had to park on side. Allowing front parking spots be for the grocery store Customers ♡

I have a good time with the family that has been a blessing to me and the things that are already expected for the rest will be fine for me to be a better way to get the things that I have to be with my way of the things that are available for me to be with my retirement groceries are provided to me and I'm very happy for the things that matter for me to live a good life.

Jason is the best he helped me when my electric wheelchair broke down and even found a reset switch I didn’t know about and got me moving again I would of been stranded without him. The store is always really clean and the workers are friendly and the prices are the best. I’ve been happily coming here for a long time but I just wanted to give a shout out to Jason for the time he helped me when I got stranded in my wheelchair

Just saying thank you to Jason for helping my girlfriend find the reset button on her wheelchair. It has helped us a bunch since then. But usually when her chair malfunctions there is no one who stops and help, so that's why I am taking the time to give shout out to Jason the manager there.

This place has the cheapest food prices and the quality is great! The employees that work there are always nice and friendly. The cashiers have big lines but ring up customer so quickly that the wait is very short. Very impressed with this place.

Ruler Foods is one of my favorite places to shop because they have what I need at great prices. If you went to Aldi years ago before they remodeled, you know what to expect here. Bare bones interior like concrete floor and very basic shelving but plenty of brand names and their generics are very good too. For example I still find chopped salad mix, digornio pizza, Sargento balanced breaks, and other name brand snacks at a really reasonable price. Their generics are Kroger brand. It’s entertaining to me to see what new bonus items they have each week. Bring (or purchase) your own bags, bag your own groceries, and bring a quarter for your cart.

This place is usually quiet and the prices are amazing. Because of the low overhead, they can keep their prices low, but you won't find too much name brand stuff. Thankfully there Kroger brand stuff is good.

Basic grocery foods, carrying Kroger brands, and a limited selection of produce and fresh meat. Canned goods, pasta, chips, and sandwich makings are available. Prices are very good. The store itself is not fancy, and the customers are clearly on a budget, but I feel safe and the employees are helpful.

Abel replaced a box of cat food for us that was bad, the manufacturer screwed up and sent expired food that was exploded. Abel the manager replaced it no problem. We love this store

Love this store. Great prices and a nice staff. It feels like a grocery store from the 80's when I was growing up rather than the huge sterile big box stores that are everywhere now.

Ruler offers deep discounts and savings on your grocery bill. My family saves at least 40 percent and the food is so good. There are only a few items i have to buy elsewhere. All in all, my whole family loves it.
