Don’t worry if you’re there an extra minute or two past close. They’re REALLY understanding and truly don’t mind.

They know everyone is under incredible amounts of stress and hectic work schedules these days, as well. They’ll never harass or bully you for simply needing food in your stomach after a long and brutal day. They’ll take this into consideration and won’t fret, as if they were children incapable of empathy and understanding towards anyone outside themselves.

Truly decent and considerate people work here. They definitely do not have the maturity level of my left pinky finger, nor are they in need of anger management therapy.

If they (hypothetically) did, might I suggest working on that. A hobby, perhaps. Humans aren’t punching bags, I’d stop confusing the two going forward.

I love this store except for one thing. I am handicapped are require a riding cart because my legs barely work. Every time I go there to shop there's young kids riding around like it's an amusement park. Their parents are partly to blame. I ask for the cart and they say" I'm using it". These carts are for people that need them. I've considered going elsewhere to shop but walmart is not only far away but more expensive. Please monitor this issue. I'm not the only one who has complained about this.

Don't let anyone tell you otherwise, if you live laugh love in Tower Grove, this is a perfectly lovely grocery store. They remodeled it during the pandemic and now it has one of the most efficient checkouts of any Schnucks in the area. Good selection of local products, good selection of local beer and liquors, friendly panhandlers, and everyone of a certain age has had that walk of shame after a night of doing way too much acid back in the day where they had to go to this store way too spun to be buying all the beer that they needed to get for the party.

I love this Schuncks. The managers and cashiers are very helpful.

Crowded as it so often is, the checkout staff is always going at top speed. I'm so glad that Schnucks hasn't abandoned the city as so many other big retailers have. Plenty of new shopping carts. Southeast door is permanently closed(?). Southwest door is blocked open, so it's pretty cold waiting to checkout.

The employees I encountered in the Deli department was extremely sweet, the store is a little outdated, all isles was neatly stocked n well organized, very clean buffed floors….I got the same friendly service if I was shopping at my University City & Clayton Rd Schnucks…..I just don’t trust none of the sketchy folks outside of the place…..Lovely Store! Just need to be Updated I highly recommend. 😊😊😊

Full service Schnucks location! Deli , seafood, the works! Staff is young and helpful! This location also have a pharmacy & U.S. Bank inside !

On 10/01/22 Luke was my checker. He noticed that the 12 count cheesecake I was purchasing range up as $15.49 when it was clearly marked $13.49. He pointed that out to me and charged me the lower amount as marked. I sincerely appreciate his alertness and integrity in properly charging me the correct amount. 5 Stars for Luke *****

Always very busy, full of shoppers from open to close. With that being said. They're never out of stuff. Stickers do great at making sure costumers are satisfied, and even are determined to make your day and commute there worth it.

Today's last minute shopping trip was excellent! It's been a long time since I've visited this location, based on today's visit, I'll be back very soon! The cashier was extra understanding and helpful and I was extremely grateful for the way my items were bagged. Thanks a bunch!

As I have said about Sxhnuck's before, they are my grocery of choice. The employees, especially at this one are awesome, courteous and helpful. I really think that THIS location deserves to be the hallmark/boutique grocery of the city. It is in the located right in between neighborhoods but doesn't have the chaos the south grand location does. It is a diamond in the rough that deserves to be cut and polished!

Went there to grocery shop, you still had to wear your masks. Had people cleaning the carts. Went at around 7:00pm and was busy. But still a good selection of things and had you wait to ring out. The cashiers moved quickly and smoothly too.

I did an instacart order my shopper was above and beyond amazing her name was Nyda I think but I know I hope I get her again next time the gentleman that brought my groceries to me was so polite and pleasant the whole process was absolutely amazing the food I brought home was just as amazing it was better than shopping for myself I thank the employees of next and I thank schnucks for going above and beyond my biggest expectations for any store and instacart for providing the services
