McDonald's

the drive-thru is always super busy, so I went inside. I don't know why people want to wait in their cars when they could come in. it was clean and fresh and I got my food quick and it was hot. the employees were nice and it didn't look like any other McDonald's I've ever been in. if I could have stayed I would have eaten in.

I am a frequent flyer 4 breakfast early am usually 5am or 6am at McDonalds in Florissant. Great food, friendly & professional workers, great service. And they work the drive-thru very well. U Rock McDinalds Staff. Ty.

I came at lunch rush and the drive-through line was long but they took care of everyone very quickly, that considered my order was fresh/delicious/correct! Take advantage of their 2.00$ triple cheeseburgers right now, its cheap and affordable enough to pick up a couple extras while your there and toss them to your higher ups at work to get on their good side for the week, or crabby girlfriend;)

Food was really fresh I just wished they would bring back the snack rap !!!!

It's annoying to be forced to use the kiosk, other than good visit.

This mcdonalds always seems busy, but in my experience, they are always polite, get my order to me in a relatively timely manner, and my order is almost always correct and fresh. The employees inside don't seem like they don't want to be there, they all portray a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Very happy with this location, I highly recommend it!

This is the first time in along time I have had great service here they were friendly and asked me to round up which has never happened before the girls working the window were amazing tonight!

The staff had great customer service. Brandy at the first window was super sweet. The managers were absolutely amazing. Food was hot fresh and the order was right! The young man that took our order was very polite 5 stars! Well done!

The place was clean inside food between the time when you order on the kiosk and the delivery of your food was quick. The drive up when I was last there about a month ago was somewhat fast.

The line was short. It took 15 minutes for my apple pie to come to me. Because they had to drop fresh pies down. They were out of spite frozen drink. It wasn't working anyway!

food was good But the brother that took our order was so awsome!!! Sometime people U dont know..know just what to say to make U feel happy.

This location on W. Florissant by Sam's club deserves 5 star rating. Their line may be long sometimes, but your greeted promptly at the speaker and the food is always fresh and hot.

My best friend and I were in route going home from a workout at the gym. We were heading to our homes to relax and eat dinner. We decided to grab some large fries, no salt. The way we like them. Thou the drive thru was pretty busy, our wait time wasn't very long. Our fries came out hot and fresh. We'll definitelty be back! Keep up the good work! 😀

I had thee most wonderful experience at this location there was a young man that took orders very patiently and respectfully and then the young lady brandy in the window was also very polite and ran my order back to me with no problem I got up to the window and the manager on duty was very polite and quick they smiled and held conversation with upmost respect food was fresh and prepared just as we asked I LOVE IT keep it up everyone

This McDonald's was spotless, service was fast and the food was hot & delicious but the fountain drinks are what blew me all the way back to my childhood. Remember when you went to the drugstore and got a fountain soda that was sweet with syrup instead of mostly carbonated water? Thank you McDonald's for that memory for that soda for that good food and clean facilities just like it used to be when I was a child and McDonald's was still a relatively young business.

Slow service , i witnessed employees droping food bag on the floor and stillgave it to the customer. I had to wait 25 minutes for cashier to take my order , i watched them look dead at me and others waiting to order and keep on walking away from usewith out takeing our order. I finally walked out to ho some wear else to eat , then 2hen i got in my,truck i s3en i. Rhe windows tha cashier start to take orders. Tearable service.

This McDonald's never ceases to meet my expectations. The staff is polite, friendly and on the ball. I enjoy visits to this restaurant - even during their busiest times. I mainly use the drive-thru.
