Beat Starbucks I've been to. It's become my regular stop on my way to work. Christopher is an excellent manager and you can tell he pours into his employees because they're never in a bad mood and never in a rush. He makes my morning great!

Ribbon Carmel Crunch is my favorite! My fur Baby got his first Pup Cup & we had a great morning the staff are friendly & the line keeps moving!

This is the first time I have ever had an awesome experience in the drive thru at a Starbucks. The barista, Chris, was super chill and gave great recommendations when they were out of the drink I wanted. They need more employees like him.

I have been to many Starbucks, and this one is, by far, the best! The employees were so friendly and sweet to my me and kids. They steamed my oatmilk, which kept my coffee hot. Nobody has ever done that...they always just pour cold oatmilk in, which makes it lukewarm. They seem very community-focused with local support and businesses on the wall. Just made my day to have our coffees here as we head home. Thank you!

The customer service was really great. He was very friendly and nice.

I ordered ahead of time, to cover my tail to get back to work. Upon arriving they were extremely busy. My order was 1/2 ready and I had to cancel my order. The lead there was very considerate of me and took an extra step and personally made my order. I am completely flabbergasted at the customer service here. These employees are some of the best at this location.

This Starbucks in specific never ceases to surprise me other Starbucks just cannot compete with the service

Best Starbucks! The staff was friendly and efficient and made delicious coffee. I appreciated the kindness of Iris who took our order. The restrooms were clean. There was a display of encouraging Post-it notes. This Starbucks really feels like a community space!

I will give them 5 stars because
1. The drinks that they make based upon my add ins or changes are superb. Superb!

2. Sunday night, 2/28, I placed a mobile order, but had an issue getting it upon arrival. This morning, 3/1, Jorge the manager was extremely helpful and understanding in resolving the situation from last night. I really appreciate that. Thank you for that 😊

When all score cards are reading zero for the cell battery is almost out of juice, Starbucks will always have a charging outlet, along with a swig of 7.00 dollars LEMMEMOCA thats downed in 30 seconds flat. Great customers service ( store # 000277

My husband and I both agree this is the best location in St. Louis. Quick line if there is one. My husband was temporarily a manager at a nearby store there and he swears by it. It was near my work for 3 years and now that I changed jobs and there is a closer one to my new work- I stop a couple exits early to specifically grab coffee at this location. Great coffee- QUICK- and truly the nicest workers. Specifically can name Patrice and Spike. 5 star!

I don't normally write about chain stores of any kind, but the gentleman working the register today made a trip to this store fun and memorable. We talked about bees & tattoos while waiting for our drinks. He was super cool! The rest of the staff was also really friendly. Thanks, Ferguson, MO.

They know how to make the best refreshers . You can tell most of them maid kool-aid when they were younger!

This has got to be the best Starbucks in the St. Louis area. If you find yourself nearby stop and ask for Hannah to make your drink. I go to several different Starbucks and she makes the best. Also the service she provides is outstanding. I will keep going back as long as she is working :)

The barista was patient while she was training a new employee. She recommended teas to replace the no longer available peach green tea lemonade and immediately knew which flavors suited my tastes. Very pleasant experience at the Starbucks in Ferguson.

Let me tell you about this one lady I could not believe her I was ordering my drink and was a little confused...she said how about this and that and we came to a great drink that might be my new drink ...the whole time her energy was amazing not only because she was a beautiful lady but everything about her screamed success 😅😄🤣😂😉😉😉😋😋🤪🤪🤪thank you so Victoria

Starbux should be good, and this one is. And has a youth job skills training center inside, making it awesome.

Amazing balls. I love all the baristas. SS Brooke is amazing and her love for the customer is amazing. These guys make you feel at home. And their manager Cordell oh what a hunk. 😘😘
