Levitt Insurance has been there to support us with our insurance needs for years. Rob is a wealth of knowledge and made sure we were covered correctly and a great value. The team sat down with us and follows up multiple times a year. I have called in about losses and they walked me through claims and were supportive to get me through the process. Rob is an incredible insurance agent. After a recent hail storm, he was able to file claims for us without question. Adjusters were on site within 2 business days of the filed claims for both auto and home. Both were extremely professional and helpful. We are very pleased with Levitt Insurance. Stopped in just to get a quick quote on my recently purchased vintage RV. I was already good on insurance for my home and other vehicles but my insurance guy told me it was gonna be tough to get the amount of coverage I was looking for on the rv, which I thought was odd. Sat down with Rob, he listened to my goals and had a few options for me to consider pretty quick. I left, went home and kinda forgot about it. A few days later I got a call from Rob, he wanted to follow up with me. I guess he dug into it for a little while because he pretty much figured out the coverage part I was looking for. Then, he brought up a coverage issue on my home I wasn't even aware of. I live in an old house and my current insurance guy at the time didn't have proper coverage on my home. Basically if it burnt down I didn't have coverage to rebuild it, I would have just gotten a check. Long story short, I moved everything over to him. I appreciate the personal touch, I think I'm paying about the same as before, but I can honestly say I feel like I'm in good hands with Rob and he's looking out for my best interest.

I love Rob! Of course I might be a bit bias as he is one of the first people I met when I moved to the area, but has always done right by me and looked out for my family’s best interest. He’s good about checking messages and getting back with you too, which is something other companies have failed to do. He’s one of those guys that’s easy to talk to and doesn’t make you feel stupid in the process. If you’re looking for a good insurance guy, I’d give Rob a call.

I made a phone call that was given to me by a friend/acquaintance from FB, after posting a “flash” notice/question on my timeline asking if anyone knew of any insurance brokers locally here in the Peoria area.
I was tired of getting charged exorbitant premiums for my JEEP and other insurance.
I was given many options. I had one guy DM me and I checked it out because the guy was based in Washington, IL., my hometown!
I called him up. He was very nice and I explained my situation to him. He was very efficient and very helpful, knowledgeable.
Within minutes he had a great company for me for the JEEP that got better coverage at a lot less cost!! I was blown away and shocked and angry at myself for paying these high premiums to a low quality company, that did nothing but increase my premiums. I got double the coverage for the same price for my renters and got my JEEP with less deductibles, same or better coverage, and almost $90 savings per month!! That means a lot when on a tight budget.
We did everything electronically, right over my iPhone and it was done in about 20 minutes. I just received all my hard copies and am amazed at how easy, smooth, and pleasant this whole experience was. This guy is good. Really good!
