Store is always clean and organized. Employees seem friendly and willing to help you with your needs. Also had a tire go flat on my daily driver, and the automotive team had it replaced and ready to go on the same day. Thanks for all you do!

I made an order online for pickup. The young man who came out was polite and friendly. Probably one of the best experiences I've had with walmart in a while. Hope his Christmas goes well for him too as he wished me merry Christmas before leaving. Despite it raining when I picked my stuff up he was still friendly and kind.

The Washington location is the best in the area. Very clean, well managed store.

Bought mums for my sisters birthday. Easy, worker was very helpful and very kind.

Found everything I was looking for. Employees were helpful and courteous.

The woman working Monday 12/27 in the self checkout lane with glasses and short hair was the most friendly & helpful person at a retail store that I have ever come across! Absolutely the sweetest. She had a warm personality and was so helpful, exactly what you needed in these times and after a hectic holiday season! I wish I could remember her name because she deserves to be acknowledged!

Automotive Department was wonderful and super helpful. Was 2 hours from home and hit a pothole big enough to damage the tire rim, causing my tire to leak air. I limped in on an almost flat tire and the mechanics had my car in the garage and me back on the road in under 30 minutes. And since all they could do for me on a Saturday (rim would have had to be ordered, so no fault of theirs) was move a good tire to the front and put my donut on the back, they didn’t charge me for their time. They were knowledgeable, very thorough, and explained everything to me. Their kindness and helpfulness was much appreciated.

Great store but don’t like self check out older people we have hard time kicking out, we need more people to kick us out

Great selection of products and services.

Never any issues. Always clean. Friendly greeters. The last time I was there I was talking to my boyfriend and I said where is shampoo at in this store and not knowing an employee was right behind me, he directed me in the proper direction immediately.
Edit: still my favorite Walmart. Even through the remodel, everything is easy to find. Very immaculate compared to other stores remodels.

EDIT: still love coming to Washington Walmart. I use pickup once a week, the employees are always the best. Everyone is friendly and more than helpful. Yeah, the construction is confusing but it is so worth it, that parking lot needed fixed. The store lead came out today and handed out gift baggies for everyone. Which was very nice because I forgot to stop at McDonald's on my way home and my toddler was NOT happy with me but when I handed him the giant black panther pop it that was in the bag, he forgot about McDonald's. So that store lead saved my @$$. Thank you!!!!

Great prices and it wasn't busy...

My first experience with ordering groceries online and picking up. It's was easy to do , comfortable and a very smooth process. From choosing my items online to finding my pickup location all information was straight forward and detailed. And Lexie "my shopper" was super friendly and kind when detailing the programs perks and benefits when I told her it was my first time. She was careful when loading in my groceries too. I'm excited for my second experience.

My mother and I was at Washington Walmart February 7,2022 around 4pm. My mother (who is up in age ) wanted a new cell phone and she had gift cards she wanted to use to pay for her purchase. Two store employees came and helped us out. They took the time to help us and they were so patient with my mom and I. I just want everyone to know that in the electronics department miles and Easton are the best. Thank you so much for everything they did for us. Great employees.

Always friendly clean love it

I visit here often and the store 99% of the time is usually clean well staffed and items are easy to find. Although, this store is undergoing a huge change in aisles and it feels like you might need a map for the time being. Management said that it should be done by the end of this month. it's also sad there is still no restaurant in the front of the store but I'm hoping they'll get one pretty soon.

I was impressed with the greatly expanding variety of egg, dairy, meat, gluten, etc. substitutes available these days at Walmart! It seems that those with allergies to these products can find a substitute for almost any food item they may crave or desire. Walmart has it all! This time, I bought a meat free, dairy free, gluten free, vegan pizza for a friend who has allergies to some of those products. It is amazing what they can do these days! I’m interested to see what the future holds for these products and others like them at Walmart as demand for substitutes continues to grow!

3rd Walmart I called on Sunday at 9:30. Only one that answered. The girl I talked to was very helpful. I needed 2 tires. She went and chkd for me and they had them and weren't busy yet. I went on out. Alex was very helpful going over pricing and such w me. Will absolutely b going back. Prices are very reasonable.

The Washington Walmart is top-notch! Items are rarely "out of stock" and the associates are friendly and helpful.
