Starbucks

A typical Starbucks, clean, well organized, free handicap accessible parking and entrance. Staff is friendly, well trained and attentive. I stepped outside my comfort zone and bravely ordered the dragon drink, it was good, not great but good.

Nice, new location. Parking lot is a bit cramped, but indoor space is nice! Google supplied WiFi is solid, although when they first opened it was a little slow, my speed test on 5/11/2019 shows it's been significantly upgraded (35down/8up vs before it was only 1up). Employees here are very friendly.

Quickest iced latte turn around time for 20 miles (I’m dead serious. Of the local bucks and other shops, nobody cranks out the morning rush quite like the Main Street location.)

I have to give a special shout out to Eve and Jordan. No matter how wild the day, no matter how unruly the not-yet-caffeinated customer, these two stay calm and pleasant all while ensuring your coffee is strong and your order is correct. East Peoria Starbucks is really something special. Their customer service exceeds any other starbucks and most other coffee shops I've experienced. I've lived in NYC and San Francisco, and I've traveled extensively. The folks that work at East Peoria Starbucks somehow manage this kindness and friendliness and can-do spirit that has me feeling inspired. They don't seem to mind greeting and chatting everyone! They were recently more than happy to attempt a new low carb recipe to help me manage my diet...Seriously, thus feels like a neighborhood shop instead of a major chain business!

I LOVE Starbucks. Everything is so delicious from their coffee to the food and drinks. I ordered a Venti Caramel Brulee with extra topping, a Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade refresher and a Double smoked bacon egg and cheese sandwich. All were DELICIOUS.

What's not to like about this place. Stop in here at least three times a week. Drive through can get backed up and be a little slow, but the wait is worth it.

Becky makes the best cappucino in East Peoria. It has the proper amount of foam. She knows what she's doing.

Wow, the other day I went through to get a coffee after my father in law passed to bring to my mother in law, she gave it to me since I was crying. I came in to compliment her and Taylor gave me the best hug a gal could ask for to comfort me , and a sweet treat. Seriously always efficient location as well I love you guys

This is the best Starbucks franchise I've ever been to!!! The baristas are what makes this place better than all of the others! They are so fun, kind, considerate, and never ever have they given me a side look if a drink was made incorrectly. They go above and beyond with a smile to make it right!!! I love them all!!!!!

I would come here on every break when I worked in the same lot. Excellent staff. Excellent coffee. The only time I have to wait longer than a few minutes for my drinks to be done is when they are packed. Even then the team still gets them out at a reasonable speed. Very nice people on staff. They take the time to explain how I can have my drink at a cheaper price and usually remembered my order when I came in (a true testimony to how often I went there). Loved it.

The crew at the East Peoria Starbucks is the best. I'm a regular, for sure, and it's a great start to the day with the "hello, how are you this morning" and such. And I see this with other clientele, as well. The crew is friendly, they take pride in what they do and are always wanting to assure you, the customer, are taken care of. In just a very few times there's been an issue, it's an immediate and sincere "let's make it better" response.

Kudos to all that have made the East Peoria location a great experience.

we went through the drive thru,close to noon &they were swamped, but both the order taker and the employee at the window were very nice and when she handed us our drinks(I wish I got her name so I could mention it)
she apologized for our wait. drinks were made as ordered and really tasty 😋
I do have to add that even though they were busy, the line moved at a decent pace considering they make things as they are ordered. the only thing I would recommend is it would be nice if they had sleeves for their cups.

Jeanette is usually working the window when I come through and she is amazing! Always smiling and super friendly. Just wanted to leave a review in hopes a manager sees this and gives her some well deserved recognition 💕

Everyone here is always really nice. Today I was helped by Becky and she was super kind even though I had a specialty order! Love this place! They always greet my kids too. So sweet.

The Starbucks in East Peoria is usually top notch. Today was no different. There are a handful of employees there I feel that go out of their way to brighten my day! Whether it be just having a friendly conversation at the drive-through window for a couple of minutes or one of them writing a special little positive message on my cup. Thank you Starbucks of East Peoria you guys rock!🙂
