Dunkin'

Tried the peach coconut drink for the first time today and I have to say it was pretty good. I thought it was going to taste like a watered-down Milky version of fruit but it didn't and I enjoyed it. Nice Quick Service and very friendly, love my Dunkin drinks!

I love Dunkens! I go there twice a day. They know my order and my voice. So far I have not had a problem with any of the workers or making my coffee wrong.

The gentleman working the window was so polite and gave our puppy a pup cup. He went the extra mile to give it to her himself so the car didn’t get messy. We appreciate the thoughtfulness and great service!

We stopped in on a Wednesday evening so it was not very busy. We were waited on promptly with very friendly service. The lobby was clean and appears well kept except for the garbages were very full. The bathrooms were the cleanest bathrooms I’ve used in East Peoria! We will be back.

Freshest DD donuts we have ever had. Super clean and friendly, too. Keep it this way!

Zoe is the best employee of this entire generation, she's nice, quick and considerate in her service. She puts icons like JFK to shame and I truly believe should be the example for the perfect American citizen. And that's why this is the best dunkin. We love you Zoe, can't wait to see you get the nobel piece prize!

Great coffee, hot chocolate and donuts/pastries!! Yum!!

Always great service! Stays pretty busy, so the wait can be a bit long but they try their best. I will say the engineer who designed the parking lot needs to be fired, but that doesn't affect my rating (not their fault!).

Some of the staff I wonder about, always on smoke breaks hanging out.. but one excellent staff member went out of her way to correct my order with no extra charge because another one missed a few things in my order. Angel is a great worker and should be recognized as so.

My purchase today was for work. I ordered 3 dozen donuts and a box of coffee the evening prior, and my expectations were met, if not better! For my personal trips to Dunkin Donuts, I am ALWAYS pleased with my service, but purchasing for business purposes has heightened my satisfaction at East Peoria Dunkin Donuts.
Overall, this location is the best around this area and I am very happy that I can visit this store more often knowing that my order will be correct every single time. And that says a lot for someone who suffers with sensitive teeth, but loves (mildly) iced coffee.
THANK YOU for being a clean establishment, honoring your customer's requests, and having such friendly staff members!! I will be visiting every Friday, guaranteed. :)

Great staff! Fast and friendly service. They make some of the best quality Dunkin drinks and doughnuts in the area.. .and those that I've tried oitsiou of the area. I have gotten I've cream from the Baskin Robbins section and was not disappointed. Highly recommend a stop here if you need your coffee/doughnut/ice cream fix!

Andrea was amazing helping me this morning! I needed 16 dozen donuts in a pinch and she made it happen! I highly recommend this location!

Employees are always awesome and they never mess up our order.

I love their cold brew coffee it really gives you hey pick me up I usually get two or three large cold brews with no ice and two shots of vanilla swirl 😋

Usually very good service. The parking lot and drive thru are terrible, but that is not the fault of the employees. Overall, a solid experience every time.

Got one that was real strong. Redid it with no argument. Very great people. We go to East Peoria and Pekin. They're both great.
