Panera Bread

I’ve never felt the need to complain about a specific worker before but Nancy who took my order was extremely rude and disrespectful. She ignored us for the first 5 minutes we were standing in line and got mad when I asked what was on a sandwich telling me “it’s on the menus” :( not sure what her problem with me specifically was, She also did not ask me about my number for points or what side I wanted. Then got mad that I want a pick two so she had to put the order in again, when I stated from the beginning that I wanted a pick two. But I hope she has a better day.

Cinnamon crunch bagels... THE BEST!! People are always nice there too, good service & take time for me when I order.

As a college student that comes here every weekend to get homework done, this place is starting to feel like a second home. I am a part of the 'sip club' giving me unlimited hot and cold drip drinks while I am there studying and the food is always predictably delicious. - The staff are starting to recognize who I am and treat me as a part of the Panera family. - This Panera Bread is the best in the area and I refuse to go to any other location!

My wife and I met a friend for lunch. My soup and sandwich were delicious. Ladies had salads which they liked. Some good variety on the front options. I finished the meal with a cinnamon roll. Perfect!

I thought Panera was on the way down to becoming extinct but I have hope after visiting this Peoria location. Addy at register was so attentive and willing to help anyone who asked for help. Mind you, the restaurant was really busy. The food was delicious compared to previous locations and last couple of years. I think if they will just try harder in hiring the right people and learning from locations like this one they may stick around. I Recommend going here

I used to come in the early morning to get a little computer work done. Great coffee and pastries. On occasion I'd grab lunch, the value duets and pizzas were a personal hit for me.

Nice healthy fast food service. The have various options ranging from soups, pasta and pizzas. My husband and I had a stonebaked pizza which was tasted very authentic and not greasy at all. I saw various other dishes come out that looked tasty and will definitely try them in my next visit.

The bread on the sandwich was hard had to take it off to eat it. The soup was cold

Drive thru was quick, offered options. We had 2 orders & 2 debit cards. It didn't take longer than it would have for just one credit card swipe. Very efficient.

I luv Panera Bread. My newest obsession is the Mango Yuzu Charger Lemonade. So delicious. I really appreciate the new store in East Peoria now has a drive thru as the older one did not.

It's a bust location, but I always get good service here, and my orders are always correct. There's outdoor dining space in shade and sun. Sometimes crowded inside, floor plan might not be accessible for everyone.

I've always gotten exactly what I order there. Food is on-point, if not a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. The new general manager seems to run a tight ship, and cares about what's going on. Always spotlessly clean when I go there.

I'm from Joliet and this Panera blows the ones in Joliet out of the water. (The Panera I'm referring to was the one at the mall, it was shut down.) The cold brew actually tasted like coffee instead of creamer. The Flatbread was made like a real dish instead of having cilantro literally tossed all over it stems and all. And the people were obviously way nicer.

Their cinnamon crunch top bagel with honey walnut cream cheese next to the fireplace on a chilly snowy rainy day with my main squeeze and my adult kids is da bomb!!!

I'm a Panera fan! There's something for everyone!
