We had ~10 phone calls to make sure we get vaccinated for Yellow Fever in time for our upcoming trip to Panama. Patricia went above & beyond. I can't thank her enough! Todd was very friendly & professional! We live in Normal & this Kroger pharmacy, especially Patricia with her follow-ups, made it the best option for us to visit for Yellow Fever vaccination!

Try the online ordering its time saving and convenient. I can shop at my desk and pick up my groceries after work. I like the way this store is set up. Easy to grab a cart and walk in and get to shopping. The staff is friendly and efficient. The produce section is the best in the area.

We frequently stop in because of the convenient location. All shelves were plentifully stocked! I was also impressed with the organization of the store.

One of the better stocked Aldi's in the area. Usually has good produce that is fairly well stocked.

Clean store. Friendly & helpful staff. The produce selection was great. The meat department lacked a few cuts of beef we were looking for, but overall it was in good shape. We took the last 6 pack of Diet Pepsi on Friday evening & the shelf was still empty on Saturday afternoon. We will be back.

They seem to turn over their produce quickly, so items are fresh. The store brands are very good, and prices can't be beat. The store is relatively small, so completing your shopping is easy.

I just need to say there was an amazing young man that helped me with my order about a week ago. He acted like he actually cared! I asked him his name, It was Anthony! He's an Exceptional guy! Love the Washington store and all the employees! They go above and beyond! Thanks to all!

Brandy in the Bakery is awesome! I called around to get a marble cake for my grand daughter, and no one in the area had one available. She offered to make i, decorate it and have it ready in two hours! Great service

The Washington,IL Kroger experience is always 5 stars. The store is clean and the layout is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. I never really have to wait in line, there is always the right amount of check lanes open and baggers are always available.

I use this Kroger location for most of my grocery shopping, the staff are very friendly and helpful every time I visit. It is a rare occurrence when anything is out of stock. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Very clean and organized, great products. While the spacing isn't bad, they're busy enough here to where it's a little cramped some places

I'm always able to get in & find managers specials, get prescriptions filled, earn gas points, save money & put on a fresh meal for dinner for the family & get cookies off the woohoo bakery cart & check out with courteous clerk's. Thank you
