Easy fast and accurate for my house key. No success with my 2008 Honda fit though. Trying to save some money and 150 is a bit much for me with a locksmith.

Great customer service, however key was not duplicatable for some reason and I tried 7 times. Hard to know why because my other key went extremely well.

I got copies of a simple home deadbolt key. The keys it made had some metal fillings still hanging on it. I needed to scrape them off leash they get stuck in the door. I expected cleaner keys. It wasn't cheap either, $6/key but if you buy 2 you get 1 free.

I was quoted a certain price for locks, and the locksmith charged us more than that. When I called to ask about it, they said that’s just the price and hung up on me.

Key did not work, the copy key from your machine is not the same print from the original.

Not a brick & motor business. They're a service provider, which means you'll get charged more while they hire someone else to do the work for them.

Just call an actual local locksmith.

Should be negative one star, it didn’t even properly cut out the key it just gave it how they are stocked

Called on a Sunday for an emergency service and the operator lady who answered my call sounded inebriated and could not put a sentence together. I struggled to give her my info. Had to hang up since she sounded sketchy.

I wouldn't go back they changed prices on me for a car key. A $65 difference that's a lot.

Wish they did motorcycle keys :/
