Wow this was authentic and so so delicious, I can’t wait to eat here again. The staff was so friendly and they also helped us keep our 4 year old busy while we enjoyed the great food and beer this place offered.

Oh my god !! The food here is amazing! Everything is fresh and the flavors are just incredible and delicious. I haven’t tried everything on the menu but so far it’s been a delightful experience for my palate. And meal for 2 usually cost about $28 which is a great deal for the quantity and the quality of the food you get. If you are in the area and want some incredible food stop in and try anything. Your taste buds will thank you!

I was out of town for work and googled for near me and interested me for some home cooked style comfort food from home (originally from Miami), and this hit the spot immediately. Amazing quality, generous portions, authentic food. Would go again once I'm back in town for dinner.

There were a lot of vegetarian pupusas and they were all awesome. Especially the mushroom and the jalapeño bean and cheese. The Curtido (fermented cabbage) was really good as well.

Best Central American food in town. Fried tilapia it's really good. It usually comes with Rice salad and tortilla. Very authentic, everyone barely speaks English. Mostly local clientele. Staff is Super friendly

First time to try El Salvador cuisine and am now hooked thanks to La Santaneca! Must try when in this area!

Finding good non American food in the area is a bit challenging but this place was a gem! The menu was unassuming, but when I got my pupusas and the other dishes I ordered, I was pleasantly surprised by the portions.

The food tasted awesome and the service was outstanding. The server didn’t skimp on the sauce or the additional toppings which I also appreciated. All in all, I recommend this place for anyone wanting to venture and try something different.

Great taste. I understood half of the menu, but the owner sat down by me and helped explain the dishes and what would feed one or two people. I took a crappy photo on the menu, but the papusas were very tasty. We had several vegetarian, liked the loroca and mushroom best.

Had an incredible meal here with great service. The pupusas are all delicious and I especially recommend El Tipico for the generous and diverse assortment. I took home leftovers!

Literally the best pupusas in the entire area! We were down in Genoa for Valentines, and I made a point to stop by on our way back to Reno, just to get some to go for later - I've had them @ the restaraunt too, and they are delicious, and come HOT, but they are just as good a couple hours, or even a day later. Totally recommend to anyone looking for a good pupusa!

First time las pupusas were amazing great flavor and the piscado was absolutely amazing and crispy and the pupusas were a reminder of my mother in law’s flavor.
