My husband and I were in town for the day and needed a sunburn remedy. I had a very, very bad burn and his was moderate. The woman, Marta, who helped us was fabulous. She told us a wonderful remedy. Sold us the products and sent us on our way.
The remedy was completely natural. The two products totaled four ingredients. I applied the protocol twice a day. It provided immediate pain relief. A week later my skin is soft and supple, although it is still sunburned on two parts, I have not peeled and is healing well. I also used the remedy on a bad cut that happened a week and a half ago and it's healing wonderfully with no scar. As a Health Coach, I am very concerned with clean and natural remedies. Sadly, I rarely find quality advice at any store these days, so I am very impressed with Lifestream Health Foods personnel and products. And, I am also impressed that they sell PaleoValley products! Although I live in California, I will recommend this store to everyone.

I recently went here to get garlic oil drops for my daughter's ear ache. It is very well organized, with a wide selection. The woman who helped me was very easy to talk to and helped me make a decision. I ended up buying some other items as well. Anything The health or fitness related is my weakness! The store's environment is clean and welcoming. I will definitely be back.

My first time visiting this store and was pleasantly surprised. They have a great selection of vitamins, minerals, and herbs along with other healthy selections.. the staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Roshan, Jessica, and the owner Richard are some of the most friendly and knowledgeable people I’ve come across in Carson quite a while. I highly recommended the store. They didn’t have everything I needed so Roshan offered to order The items. They have expanded And offer a wide range of natural and healthy products, including some local vendors. I wish them well and hope they continue to expand.

Was referred to store by Phils Discount Nutrition for a list of supplements that I needed and may have had to order online. It turned out LifeStream Health Foods had everything including rarer or harder to find supplements, vitamins, all my teas, sage, and more. My repeat visits at Lifestream Health Foods has resulted in a consistent, friendly, educational, and informative experience. I always walk out of this store feeling more encouraged and informed than when I walked in. The store itself is very clean and orderly. This Livestream Health Food store in Carson City has expanded and they have an amazing variety of healthy, safe, and natural supplements, oils, teas, and much more. I want to especially say a heartfelt “Thank you” to the store owner for hiring “Jessica”. She had such great customer service and communication skills and demonstrated a broad knowledgeable base in relation to a variety of herbal supplements and their potential healing properties. She even took the time to conduct some brief research on the Internet for me. Lifestream Health Foods also keep record of all customer purchases and give us significant discounts for about every $100 or so dollars spent on merchandise. You need to give Lifestream Health Foods a visit. You won’t be disappointed. Ps, in my opinion staying “healthy” with great herbal and vitamin supplements helps prevent ailments and viruses and/or shortens the cycle of ailments and viruses. The last thing a human body needs in it is more pharmaceutical drugs!!

It's nice to walk into a place with such a variety of products, from dried fruits, flours, loose-leaf tea and snacks to holistic and natural wellness supplies for all ages. The staff is kind and so knowledgeable. I'm grateful to have this store and everything it offers!
