Either train your staff or hire more staff. There are only two waiters working on weekends. I came in for 20 minutes without even greeting. The work is very slow, there are already many people waiting or slowly clearing the table. 7 tables empty, almost half of the restaurant was empty, couldn't even let us sit first. I still feel like staying and seeing how delicious a restaurant so arrogant really is that all the customers are being waited for so rudely.

I never say they are not nice, just need to have a effective way to manage the restaurant so it will benefit the restaurant and customers.

Since my friend wanna come here so I give it second chance. And it actually amazing! I have the lunch menus rather than the breakfast menus and it’s way more better and tasty. Nice southern food. :) 100% recommend.

Yeah. Average wait for food, actually so not bad this time.

I had to ask my server for synonyms for fantastic just to describe the food I just ate. The meal was fresh, delicious, and creative. I had a caprese salad, brisket, and fried chicken, while my colleague opted for the fried chicken lunch. Both were generous portions and delectable. I cannot say enough good about Bellhop. My next meal here can't be soon enough!

Amazing dinning experience!!! M a guest in this town from a large city. Wow! I was blown away by their homemade pasta squid ink dish and the pickled appetizer dish. Both are very generous enough for 2 people. It was the best squid ink dish I ever had. Remind you I use to live in Italy. Excellent and pleasant servers!! They are creative and excellent. This is a place one shouldn’t miss. The house red is also very good.

I really enjoyed my lunch here today. Fantastic and friendly service and excellent food. I had the veggie burger with fries and a cider. The veggie burger was delicious, a black bean patty with Lettuce and what seemed to be a red bell pepper sauce(?). It had a really nice kick to it. The fries were hot, crispy, and not overly oily. I loved the esthetic and atmosphere. I was there around 3pm so it wasn't crazy busy and I could enjoy the space without distraction. The whole experience was refreshing and authentic without being too "trendy". I'll definitely go back!

Great food, cozy clean atmosphere and tasty cocktails! They feature pasta dishes, meatloaf and many other comfort foods. This is the place to go if you want some great tasting food on a cold night.

It's my bucket list restaurant in downtown. I love the dining environment and the food is really delucious. The good quality food with a cheap price. It's really worth it.

Nice taste of egg. Great atmosphere. Ask her to take a picture of you. She is a great photographer! They have refill for coffee as well 😂

Very good lunch, I had a Tuna crudo. Super good albacore tuna crudo with olive oil, maldon salt, peppers and chives and 3 toasts of good bread (european style bread-baguette). 12 dollars and it was a lot of tuna! also shared a side dish of veggies (tomatoes, celery and carrots) big dish and so yummy! would recommend it.

Overall great experience, attentive staff, excellent meal. I ordered the fried chicken, mashed potatoes w/ gravy and seasonal vegetables. Everything was high quality and seasoned well. Definitely worth a return trip.

This place is a great new addition to Corvallis restaurants. I've been twice, and both times my meals were fantastic. Their fried chicken is amazing.

Really enjoyed our meal here. The service and food were excellent. The salad was fresh and our pasta dishes were all delicious. My husband's berry pie was yummy, too. Definitely plan to return next time I'm in town.

Homemade pasta! The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is very cozy. We loved this little Italian cuisine gem.

Another good trendy spot in Corvallis. Have not been disappointed on any of our lunch trips there. This time has the special, eggplant parmigiana, and cleaned my plate.

I seriously underestimated this place based on the menu, photos, and reviews. Excellent portions, delicious flavors, and very very moist fried chicken. The mushroom pasta dish is to die for. I've been burned with seasonal mushroom dishes in the past, but this place NAILED it.

Amazing, perhaps the only place in town that makes their own pasta noodles. Get them fresh by the pound and cook up at home.

I've been a fan of Chef Brian's cooking since his Luc days. So sad when they closed, but now Bellhop is one of my favorite places in Corvallis. I've never had a disappointing meal here, love the atmosphere, and I very much appreciate the use of seasonal, local food. My husband wishes the seating was just a tad bit more comfortable.
