The manager, Josh, works extremely hard. He is extremely knowledgeable and always helpful despite being low-staffed. The store has been cleaner and is usually well stocked. Register Kay, is incredibly kind. Great experience

I purchased all of my fish here. They are healthy from the start. Best price on the taste of the wild dog food. They have exceptional staff with a variety of supplements for my furr buddies.

Item marked on sale but cashier posted high price. She called the manager who over rode the system to give the sale price. I very much appreciated his time and effort.

Your aquatics department is A+. I've been to the stores in Eugene/Springfield and was not impressed, i recently moved to Sweet Home, and your store was the closest pet store to me. To be honest, i didn't want to come to your store because of the negative experiance i had at the other said stores. Im glad i did though. Your aquatics guys is knowledgeable. And your shelves are very well stocked throughout the store. Thank you for renewing my faith in Petco.

Great store for dog and cat products. In December, they have great Christmas gifts for dogs and cats. Lots of food and treat options, including healthy choices and 3-ingredient foods.

I got the best discount ever for my doggie food, thanks to subscribing to recursive purchases. Plus the kind personnel, despite having software issues, did help me out and checked me out with my purchase :)

Kortney D does a great job with our little doggo. She always looks so clean and pretty when she’s done. She seems to care about her nervousness too and is gentle.

The staff are amazing they have helped me countless times with animal related questions. The staff that I have meet are very passionate about the animals in their store. Great place for questions, help, and items to further your pet experiences.

Very convenient location. Staff (esp. Josh) were very helpful in answering my questions about my pets needs. They take as much time as needed to help you. You have their full attention. Very important where customer service is required.

Vaccinated my cat and the process was flawless. From the online intake to the lovely & empathetic folks who did the vaccination. Just a great experience. (Would only wish to pay ahead of time, or something, to save my pet from the stress of waiting in a 20 minute line.)

Plenty of selection for quality pet food. Pet friendly place. They even have free snacks/treats for dogs available when one brings in their dog. Grooming services available; including nail trimming. Large store with moderate selection of goods.
Though there are only two check stands, the cashiers go through the line of customers relatively expediently. The cashiers seem to double as sales representatives; offering other goods and services available from the business. Rewards program available. They do need more employees on the floor to answer customer questions though.
Overall a great place for pet needs.

Staff told me and helped me sign up to be a member. Saved 10 dollars, plus future discounts. Solid service.

We just finished level 2 dog training sessions with Jason. I can not give enough praise of him. I have a 1 year old old English “stubborn” bulldogge. My goal was to have him not jump on people when they greet him and to sit by my side when at softball games. I am so pleased that we were able to accomplish those skills plus much more. Jason is so knowledgeable about dog training and helped with any questions I had. I will recommend him over & over again. If you need any dog training, you should check him out!!

After restocking their shelves, I couldn't find my particular brand of cat food. The checker was very nice and polite and not only directed me to the spot but took me there. Love the staff!

Took the Newf in with a laffy taffy furry emergency. Ariel came out and got on the floor with thinning scissors and saved as much of the floof as she could while removing the sticky mess! The groomers there really care about our doggos!
