I would recommend everyone going here to shop for your house and building needs.

I tried Lowe's for first time (new to area) the only thing I can say is wow!!!! I got everything I needed in 1 store my plumbing worries behind me! Thanks for proper stocking & such a nice Store. I will be back for more awesome shopping!

Crystal in the blinds department really knows her stuff. She definitely will solve your puzzle. Jesse cut a perfect 22 inch blind for me - Heck yeah!!!

The main guy in the flooring department was excellent help! Went the extra mile to hold up flooring panels while we decided from a little farther back.

I love the Albany Lowe's. We're doing a huge renovation project so I have been in regularly for the past year or so, usually pretty late in the evenings. The closing shift is full of awesome weirdos (the purple hair kind - my kind of people! :) The overall culture and vibe of the store is easy and friendly, and the knowledgeable staff are easy to find and happy to help. I've had to go to other Lowe's stores for this project and have not experienced the same vibe. Even though it is smaller than other area Lowe's, Albany is definitely my favorite store. I also appreciate the late closing time. Thanks Albany Lowe's!

Michael helped my husband this afternoon in appliances. Bought a lot of appliances and stuff to install them. Darrell said that Michael was of great help in his shopping. Found everything he was looking for so thank you for hiring such good associates.

Lowe’s in Albany, Oregon- Cameron and Larry went above and beyond in assisting with a flooring order- with Cameron sharing photos of his own floor at home and suggesting ways to get a discount on a large order (hello, pro-card) and Larry personally overseeing the rectification of a partially undelivered order- getting someone to pick up a load in Salem for delivery to Corvallis the same day so that my crew wasn’t sitting around with nothing to install. Best customer service I’ve had from a big- box store- and the first review I’ve written for one. 👍

We had GREAT HELP from a man named Todd. He was very helpful & informational. He assisted us in finding items & helped with special fitting for our hand held shower wand to lengthin it. There was real good help there. BUT when it came to checking out , they only had 4 self ck out stands. So we don't do self ck outs. As i was a cashier for 28yrs. And self ck outs only do away with less JOBS AND INSURANCE. MEANING More people unemployed & state insurance. But i asked for a cashier to be opened. So the returned item station opened up for us. Very nice of them . All in all a good shopping trip.

Everyone is so nice and helpful here. I want to say a special thanks to Bill. We had a fence sealing project and he got us set up with everything we needed. He gave us great advise and helped keep us in budget. I really appreciate how kind, focused and helpful Bill was. Thank you Bill!

Owen at the Albany Oregon Lowe's gets an A++. He cut glass for me today and did a super wonderful job! He was so helpful and his excellent customer service was very much appreciated 😁. Thank you Owen!

The customer service at this store is excellent! I've had employees go above and beyond to help me find items that weren't shelved in their usual location and help me load large/heavy items into my car. The curbside pickup option has been easy and convenient.

Friendly staff and clean store. Helped me get my new 200 pound pellet grill onto the cart and into the back of my truck. 10% veterans discount and parking spots too.

I'm a loyal Lowes customer. Like all businesses they seem to be going through the staff shortage. However, the employees they do have are happy, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Lowe's prices might seem a little higher, but I am willing to pay more for excellent customer service. Lowe's is a very clean store, they favor Veteran's, and the money I save using my Lowe's card is appreciated.

Albany Lowe's always seems really slow to get the new Craftsman v20 products. But great prices and great clearance
