Kohl's

My recent experience at this Kohl's was seemless, I went back to their online pickup area in the back of the store where employee Sean assisted me with picking up my order in a timely manner. I had no idea they used a "self pick up" process, but he took the time to teach me how it works for in the future. I do have a concern that just anyone can take a another customer order instead of their own with the set up.
The store was clean and priced with signage, even a clearance area in respective departments. I was surprised though I wasn't greeted on my way in or out of the store. When they had a line when I was shopping, their team quickly added cashiers, great job!

I shop Kohl's in Albany, Oregon quite a bit. It's always a good and positive experience. The store is beautiful. Clothing choices for my husband and I are great. Kohl's made a good marketing decision in allowing Amazon returns. I've made tons of shopping choices, probably because of Amazon returns. The cashier are always super helpful. I love Kohl's very much.

Amazing, if you haven't been here in a while, you need to stop back in. I couldn't believe the selection of everything you could think of and still had all the great clearance items I look for. I would say stocked to the brim. and me saving 40% with my App didn't hurt at all.. Great job....

The store had a large variety of items. The store is easy to find, right off the freeway. The associates were always friendly.

Unbelievable sales at Kohls this Black Friday. If you missed it, you missed a good one., I was stunned. The quality of merchandise is nice and the quantity is a plenty. Very pleased all the way around with Kohls.

Great prices, great help with lots of smiles and joy. Great selection of College Apparel with a good clearance section that includes lots of college apparel. Horrible parking lot, enter from the sides only.

They have an Amazon return center inside the store. Whenever you return an item to Amazon through the store, Kohl's gives you a 15 or 20% off coupon for use in Kohl's. Gotta love that!

Salespeople and check out associate very knowledgeable and friendly. Store very well stocked.

They have so many choices in Haggar suits and separates.
