Jenn Is amazing!! When your child is sick, she cares and makes sure your children are taken care of! We love bring our two daughters to her.

The professionalism of this clinic is beyond exceptional, very down to earth and straight forward regarding our youth and very accepting of the “next generation crew” I was very pleased with the way Mrs Steel was with our kiddo whom is non verbal.

Jennifer has been my son's PCP since he was a month old and I have had nothing but great experiences with her. I'm so happy that we found her. She always takes the time to answer questions and address concerns, etc. I appreciate that she takes vaccines seriously because I did not want to expose my son to a clinic that serves a large unvaccinated population, especially post pandemic with all of the interesting horizontal gene transfer going on. In addition to being a good clinician, I haven't had any issues getting an appt with her, the other nurses she works with are really nice, and she even prints out info for me to reference later when I have questions about specific things which is really nice.

I've known Ms. Steel for quite a few years now and I am so glad to have her as our kids healthcare provider. She is caring, takes her time with each child and answers all of my questions. I never feel rushed. My kids enjoy seeing her and my child who is on spectrum does not fear her. I recommend her hands down!

Jenn Steel is amazing we always feel really comfortable with her and she makes it a point to be available for her patients and gives the answers to questions we didn’t even know we had. Super flexible thank you for being their for our kids!

She’s the best of the best! She listens, takes time with questions, and gives the time we need to choose the right care! I am super psyched that we found her!

Would not recommend!
Very unprofessional in my opinion we had an appointment set for 9:30am. We arrived at 9:15am. Jennifer came out to tell us/my husband and I that she was running a little behind at 10:05am. It is very unprofessional to have a client waiting 35 minutes. The fact that you knew that you had a scheduled appointment you could have came out at 9:30 to let us know that you were running behind. We would have appreciated that. I took off work for this appointment, and I’m very disappointed at the service or the lack there of we will seek service elsewhere.
Mind you, my appointment was scheduled a month in advance.

I understand but you should be fully transparent about your scheduling. In making sure that all your clients are aware that your appointments may go over or not be on time. Because you want to spend a great deal of time with your client that’s great! Had I been aware of that from our initial conversation that I had with you over a month ago I would have been more prepared! But for me to get there and you coming out 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to tell me that you were running a little bit late/ behind Again like I said, it’s very unprofessional in my Opinion. The fact that you can be late!, for scheduled appointment and it is OK ! but your clients cannot is craziness to say the least.
And trust me we will find someone just perfect for our family to help deal with the issues we are facing.

Nurse Steel attempted to report my wife and I for medical neglect after ignoring multiple emails attempting to reach her.

After informing Nurse Steel that she would no longer be my children's PCP and replacing her, I keep getting calls and emails from her office about appointments and whatnot.

The measure of a person's character is how they treat people they have precieved power over. I question Nurse Steel's character and I stopped trusting her to take care of my children properly.
