I am a first time home buyer and I knew absolutely nothing about purchasing a home. Daniel made the process effortless… I’ve been looking for quite a bit of time and no matter how many times I drag Daniel out to the house that I think is “the one” he remained as enthusiastic and optimistic as day one! Not once did he ever become discouraged, or too busy to respond to me. He always made me feel that I was a priority as if I was buying a $10 million home. He was 120% invested and committed as if he was buying it for himself or a family member. His people’s skills, professionalism, and market knowledge is outstanding. However, when it comes to understanding, kindness, and just a great human being - there is no comparison!!! He outshines his competitors bar-none! On the day of my closing, I did a final walk through with Daniel in the morning and I carelessly noted that the grass needed cutting. Upon my return Daniel had tried to mow the loan in all his fine clothing, unfortunately the loan mower gave up and the job was not completed. Daniel did not stop there, nope! He sent his personal lawn guy to complete the job the next morning… I mean, who does that? A caring person that’s who!
