Dr. Daniel Mills took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and develop a personalized treatment plan that was tailored to my specific needs and goals. I felt confident in his abilities, and he genuinely cared about helping me achieve optimal results.

One treatment that really made a difference for me was the dry needling therapy. I noticed a huge improvement in my range of motion and little to no pain afterwards.
The next day the pain was almost completely gone and 2 days later (today) I can do almost all movements with almost zero pain.

Overall, I highly recommend this physical therapy facility. Whether you're an athlete looking to optimize your performance or someone recovering from an injury, this place is definitely worth considering.

The team at Mid-County PT are amazing. Charles, Kevin and Dan are phenomenal and are a fun group that really listen to their patients and work at your pace to help you recover. I had excellent treatment and care both times I participated in PT at Allcare, pre and post surgery. All the staff are friendly and professional; I always felt comfortable during my sessions. Dan PT, Kevin LPTA and all the assistants especially Nathan and Ryan, helped me heal from my injury while following the treatment plan. Dan always explained the anatomy and physiology of my injury and the reasons for all of the exercises. Scheduling my appointments with the receptionist was easy also and I was thankful for the text and email reminders. If I need outpatient therapy again, I will definitely contact Allcare PT.

I have been to many PT shops in the Lakeridge/Woodbridge area and while all are very similar, I feel the Allcare team is small enough that you are treated individually, consistently, and your case and condition is well known to your therapist. Of the several I've visited, I have to give Allcare a 5 star rating. I guess the best outcome of all is that my presenting problems have always been addressed comprehensively. When I leave, my problem has been addressed.

Can’t recommend them enough! I went in after a bunionectomy, they made sure all my concerns were resolved. They offered dry needling and cupping, it made the world of a difference! My husband has Spondylolisthesis and started going in for that as well, they’ve done an amazing job at accommodating the both of us and have helped him significantly with his condition.

I am very pleased with all the staff and they were instrumental in helping me heal from my surgery.

Dan and his team are excellent. Through 4 surgeries and 15 months, Dan and his team always made me feel as if I could actually regain my motion and independence. They treat all patients with dignity and respect and are genuine in wanting to help people to heal. The atmosphere is friendly but professional. From Sureet at the front desk, who was always welcoming and helpful, to Nathen, who was always there to help during my procedure, to Dan, who never talked down to me and encouraged me to push myself, the entire team makes this unpleasant process much easier.

I have a condition called spondylolesthesis and my back pain is something I live with day in and day out. It has limited me from my favorite activities and healthy exercise for 6 years. I finally decided it was time to take another course of action vs. my chiropractor alone. By targeting my core and smaller muscles necessary to stabilize the spine, I can tell I’ll be back in action and better able to live a healthy life. The whole staff is great in its entirety you won’t regret choosing this office!

I am currently receiving PT from Allcare Physical Therapy for treatment of posterior tibial tendonitis. The staff makes it relaxing and yet it is serious work to strengthen the arch area of my foot. I am able to walk with much less pain and more stability. Very pleased so far.

Their whole team is amazing. I’m strengthening my ankle faster than I thought was possible. I suffer from anxiety and trust issues with anyone in the medical field. I feel very comfortable the hour that I am there working on repairing a torn tendon. Highly recommend

Very impressed with the service and staff at Allcare Pt. Sarah and Andrew are both extremely knowledgeable and I am more than pleased with the outcome of my therapy. My accident left me with limited rotation and numbness in my hands it is such a relief to be 100% again. Annette and Kathy did a great job when working with my schedule and explaining the insurance side of things to me. You will even get reminder texts for your appointments. If you are in need of physical therapy you will not be disappointed with Allcare.

I am very pleased of my plan of care here thus far, my therapist discussed his suggestions on how to tackle my issue and also asked how I’m doing and if I had any questions. I never felt rushed in therapy and feel better after my session is completed and know more about why we do certain exercises the correct or modified way. I am impressed on their covid precautions. The staff is very kind and professional and greet you hello and ask how are you for that day of therapy. They really listen to you. Thank you for taking care of me.
