I just bought a house and this is the first time that I called a plumber to clean the heater. I called many plumbers and left voicemails. Some plumbers never call back or very hard to reach. When Mitch responded back, I could tell Mitch do care for his business and once he came in and completed the job, I saw how Mitch care for his customers and his business.

Mitch was very professional, honest and very kind. I told Mitch my kitchen sink had problem. Mitch checked it and fixed my kitchen sink quickly like a magic. I was very impressed. Mitch also instructed me what to do so that same kitchen sink problem
won't happen again.

Since I bought this house, all electric lights in my basement were off. I have changed all light bulbs but still no light . Two contractors came in (before Mitch) and said I needed to call electrician to come over to fix it. But after Mitch fixed my kitchen sink for free of charge, We went back to my basement and I found all the lights in my basement were on!. The lights were so bright. I was very surprised how could this happened. While Mitch and I were in my kitchen, his crew who was still in my basement FIXED all the lights in my basement for me for free of charge. I would have to spend a lot of money just to call electrician to come in to check the lights in my basement and a plumber to check my kitchen sink. Mitch is very professional, honest, kind and reliable. He is really care for his customers!!

My kitchen sink started leaking randomly one day and a good friend of mine recommended Mitch who also did work for him and his family, very well from what how he described it. Mitch came that same day I called him and fixed the problem, such great service. He's so nice and kind and such a pleasure to work with. Then the next month sadly my boiler broke and I did not have any heat or hot water for weeks, it was a very hard time for me. It was an old brand and the parts weren't common and were available overseas so it wouldn't benefit me to fix it so I decided to just replace the whole system. I called Mitch and he and his team replaced everything with a Navien system and I was so pleased and satisfied with all their hard work. He actually finished the installation coincidentally on my birthday so that was nice. I included a picture of the finished product showcasing his high quality of work. I would highly recommend MF Mitch Plumbing to anyone looking for any and all HVAC services. We cannot say enough good about Mitchell Plumbing! We called late Thursday afternoon after hours, as our water tank burst a leak, and we had been working with our heating company for 2 days between a service call and a “sales” call to get a quote for a new tank. Mitch called us back literally less than one minute after we left a message, and asked us to forward pictures of the tank .. half hour later he came back with a quote $1,000 LESS than our own heating co with whom we have a service contract and with whom we have been doing business for well over 10 years! He made arrangements to order the tank first thing in the AM… then he and his helper showed up and expertly did the installation! All quite amazing response considering we never used this company before! He took care of us promptly and professionally on a Friday afternoon! Definitely keeping his card for future needs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My hot water was not fully heating up and after calling technical support for my water heater they recommended I call a local plumber. Had a fantastic experience using this company, quick response, much better quote than I've seen around, plus even when I made a mistake in the water heater type Mitch was extremely professional and handled the difference very easily with me and STILL got things done same day after making a trip out to get the correct kind of water heater. I had a bad leak in my home's main drainage pipe in my basement . I called Mitch and he stopped by that evening after he finished his jobs to take a look. Came back the next day and replaced the leaky pipe. Very responsive and professional. Great work!!!
