Nice atore some things are pricey. Had what i needed and than some. Fast helpful friendly service keep up good work

I love how they renovated the inside! It makes shopping way easier! They even have delivery for balloons free with minimum purchase, which was great as an additional surprise gift for my daughter! She loved her Elsa balloon bouquet!!

Really liked the new look of the store's layout and the staff was very helpful.

It was last minute for me but, I got some great mask for a masquerade party. Affordable and a great variety

So I was planning my grandsons 7th birthday party. Of course it’s hard to do with the help of party city. So my initial purchases of Golden Gate Warriors logo party supplies was done online with ease. I attempted to get balloons delivered from the Party City in Greenbriar to the party at Defy Chesapeake. I called the Chesapeake store and found out that they were out of helium. So I could my trust Janaf Party City to make sure they would deliver to Defy Chesapeake. Sadly they did not. I dropped in the store a week before the party to place my order. I was surprised to find out that the store was completely renovated. It does not appear to have half of the merchandise it used to care but I was intrigued. The floor plan was much more open, there is more light inside and there was alot of room to just stroll around. I picked out my balloons and made my order. I was happy to find that they still have helium. I found a couple items that I purchased were cheaper in the store than online so I returned a few things. I picked up my order on 7/31/22. I was hesitant that they would not fit because of my small car. Be careful when selecting balloon’s because they now have clear balloons that look exactly like the regular balloons but look really like when inflated. I kept a positive attitude and asked the young lady to bag them. She did and I was so happy that they fit perfectly. I like the revamped store and contd. friendly and fast customer service. Stop by for your party needs!

Great service returned some extra items not used and it was a smooth process. All the decorations you need is in ons spot so you don't have to walk all over the store looking for the things you need.

Quite a large store and everything seems to be labeled accurately to locate what you need. The staff was helpful when we couldn't quite find the exact item we needed. Also has a good selection of costumes and props even in the off season as we needed some items for a pirate themed party. Will be back for all our party needs.

Easy in easy out. Party City has a great selection of party themes. Grateful for their variety especially when throwing a impromptu gathering.

The only place I could find Harry Potter decorations and stuff for goodie bags. My 8 yr old granddaughter was so happy. Which made me happy!

Remodeled store very clean workers are very friendly and helpful wasn't pack and blew my balloons quickly!

What's can't I say about Party City my kids love Party City I love it. Because I can get everything that I have for the party balloons happy birthday banners and everything. I will recommend Party City One Stop Shop.

They have a huge selection of costumes and masks, of course. But they also have everything for every party. Got a theme? They have it. Color? They've got all of them.

And balloons!

Love this place, it has all things for your partys, and best thing of all, they have a food lion right next to it with great products. There is an associate at food lion named jeremiah, best cashier ever!

Nice store! Prices are a little high but great selection.

I trust this Party City to have my order of balloons ready for pickup or normally someone is willing to prepare an order on the fly. Great customer service.

The place is very clean and staff is very helpful and professional.you can find alot of things for graduations and you just have to come by to see what they have for weddings also.come by soon and find what you need
