Holiday Inn Chantilly-Dulles Expo (Arpt), an IHG Hotel

Comfortable bed and comfy room. Very close to the airport, a few restaurants and bars nearby for your convenience and the hotel’s transfer is my 5 stars. The front desk staff was very nice and arranged the transfer to from airport for me but also to the air and space museum whenever requested. Will be back there again.

They are renovating the hotel, but the place was clean, and the the rooms were fine. The nighttime staff is very helpful. This place is affordable, and clean. What more do you want when you are a traveler.

Decent place overall. Stayed one night whilst driving north on 15. It's an older property but upkept well. There is a lot of wood in the lobby. The room was in good shape, no torn and ratty carpet like you might see sometimes. Check-in took less than a minute, but I don't know if that's a result of being an IHG member. I didn't check out all the amenities, so this is bared solely on the common areas, overall appearance, check-in, and room. There is an attached restaurant, but also some others within walking distance and a microbrewery not too far away.

Very easy access to major highways. Friendly staff on hand. First the room accommodating,clean, and the beds are super comfortable. Lots of pillows and great comforter. It's like they know me...okay so price in my opinion very fair room w/ two double 87 to 119$. Again clean and safe. In house pool, restaurant etc.. hope this helps!

What a wonderful experience. This hotel is perfectly located off the main road to and from Dulles Airport (IAD). The hotel has a great restaurant attached and all the eateries you can think of surrounding it and within walking distance. You even have a Wal-Mart 2 minutes walking distance directly behind the hotel. If you're coming into town on business or need a staycation this is an incredibly clean, safe, and affordable place. Thank you for the hospitality and keep up the great work you're doing in our community.

My weekend stay was great. Staff was super helpful when the a/c in our room was not working when we checked in late Friday night. Right away we were in another room with no hesitation. Also room service was on time and courteous. Deff would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

When I have to go to the DC area this is where I always stay. It's a great hotel for the value.

Friendly staff and clean premises. Check in was quick and smooth. The staff was nice to open the food pantry for us during late hours. I really appreciate it.

Great location with lots of things to do nearby. Hotel was a bit dated but the rooms were clean, rooms were cold and the shower had great pressure. Lots of parking nearby as well as food options. Would recommend if in or near Dulles/Chantilly.

I had 6 stays here for a summer long business trip and was extremely happy with this location.

The front desk team are all wonderful and very welcoming.
By the second stay, I was greeted by name before even approving the desk.

The housekeeping team does a wonderful job and are very respectful.
I forgot to put my laptop in the safe on one of my stays and was called by the front desk and told they saw the laptop out and asked if it was ok to go in and clean the room which I had no issue with.
Just a very thoughtful and respectful thing to do. Even the restaurant staff was welcoming and work hard to remember your preferences without being asked. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Great hotel close to the airport for a 2-day stay. Had the breakfast and happy hour from the restaurant. Location is close to the Air and Space Museum as well. Plenty of other restaurants in walking distance. Even had room for my combo vehicle. My road dog “Nibbles” approves :)

Finally a hotel that measures up to my expectations of what a hotel should be. Clean, quiet, all equipment including thermostat, wall plugs and coffee maker worked. Located within walking distance of BBQ, Mexican, and Chinese food and mini mart. Fast food assortment also available, chic fila, Wendy's, Taco bell, McDonald's.

We had no trouble finding the hotel. Check in was quick. We had a room with king size bed and it was spacious with modern decor. There was a desk with a rolling office chair; A dresser that also had the TV on it which not a big TV, maybe a 40"; a chair with ottoman; 2 night stands. Also a safe; mini fridge ; microwave; Kueriv coffee maker. A shower but no bathtub. It was clean.

We have stayed here several times and each time had a great experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Our stay was very enjoyable.

Wow, amazing front desk staff and a clean room. For full disclosure, I didn’t book at this hotel, and I hadn’t planned on staying here. I had a confirmed room at the Marriott Westfields, however when I went to check in at the Marriott, the front desk had informed me that they had oversold rooms and they were relocating me to this Holiday Inn. I was the only one in my group to be bumped, I didn’t have a car, and I wasn’t very happy about it. I had several discussions with the manager and director and they refused to bump someone else so I could stay with my group. So... I begrudgingly came here for the night. As soon as I walked in the front door, the amazing front desk staff greeted me and I felt like I was wanted and valued. My room was clean and well appointed. The front desk offered me a snack and drink, so I went to the bar and got a soda - the bartender was genuinely sweet and I realized that this was a great and amazing hotel. I should mention that the Marriott gave me a form letter to give to the Holiday Inn, and told me all the guests they send there are happy with Holiday Inn, so I don’t think my situation was an anomaly. My recommendation- skip the Marriott Westfields and book here instead. There are quality restaurants within walking distance, the attached hotel restaurant is fine, and it was a great experience.

This is one of the best hotels you should not miss!!! Clean, well maintained... Free laundry.. best breakfast.. book on hotels.com inclusive of breafast.. coupons are given to enjoy a really good breakfast at the restaurant. The staff is friendly & polite... everything is good... one issue..no microwave in the room but when asked they will bring it in to your room... rooms are big.. bed is soft... clean nice and confortable and relaxing.... keep up the good work👍👍👍👍👌👌👌👌

This hotel is very clean with plenty of space in the rooms. It's a quiet location with easy access to the highway. There is no continental breakfast, but there are plenty of options close by. Recommended for someone looking to stay near the airport or a short drive away from DC without paying DC prices.
