The young lady was very helpful and supported. She tried to help me so much. Unfortunately the computer was no Is compatible to my Cd recording.
She did help me to print about two hundred fifty pictures. You need to give a raise to this young lady.

This Chantilly Walmart I have been coming to since they have first opened. I took a 15 year break. I revised the store 3 weeks ago. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are customer oriented and they continuously strive to enhance the customer shopping experience. The store exterior and inside the store is clean. They have assortment plants and offer deals. Their return policy is in accordance with their Walmart policy. They have ample parking and self checkout the store associates do not badger you. The store associates are polite and observant. This store does have a pharmacy. The pharmacist at this location is knowledgeable and helpful.

Better to visit the Supercenter for more choices of the same product than the smaller Walmart. Large parking space comes in handy.

Other than that, small self-checkout space and few full-service cashiers makes little sense for this Supercenter

It’s perfect place to buy groceries and food related stuff. They have great variety for everything present. Also we get the alot of home realated stuff, kitchen appliances, gardening things, electronics, gadgets, toys and games, sports and medicines, toiletries and gifts, stationery and art n craft things. Also it’s cheaper as compared to any other supermarkets

Great place to shop, where everything is available under one roof. Customer service is promptly provided if needed be by efficient store clerks👍👍

Today, the Walmart Super Center gets a 5-star rating. I came here to exchange an item, decaf coffee cups for my Keurig I inadvertently purchased yesterday. So, instead of going to the original store of purchase, I went to the Dulles Town Center area to make the exchange. It went well as I expected. This morning it wasn't crowded, there were no cars sitting in front of the entrance, which is a norm. But I am hoping Walmart will change that habit people have confessing the front entrance with their cars. In any case, I prefer coming to the Wal-Mart Store in the early a.m. because restocking is usual done our almost done. They're are not alone of people in the store and the lines, what lines? Get it. Going to Wal-Mart early in the morning is the best experience ever because the employees are relaxed, not stressed out and very attentive to the customers as well. I am not saying they're not, it's that in the morning the associate to customer ratio is balanced. The store is easier to navigate and you're not shoulder to shoulder at the check-out lines. Before, the pandemic I would visit the store at 4 a.m. because it was literally empty, but since they don't open early I have to settle for the 7 a.m. schedule. I really liked that items were stocked and the aisles were empty. In addition, the suture is clean and sanitized, so your shopping experience will be dieter from the normal traffic that Wal-Mart gets throughout the day. Great job Wal-Mart.

I went to the grocery section and I was amazing how low the prices were for food in Chantilly VA compared to how high food prices are back home at the Walmart in Las Vegas. Begin in VA I can see why Walmart has low prices for grocery.

Nice, organized, well stocked store. AND they have many lanes with actual cashiers! No need to self checkout and bag yourself. Clean. Friendly, helpful associates.

I give Walmart a five-star rating! Their Chantilly, Virginia store provides excellent customer service, a vast selection of products, and competitive prices. The #self-checkout option is amazing, adding convenience to the shopping experience.

Great produce, wonderful options, and the best pricing overall. Sales associates are professional, helpful, and so very friendly. During Covid, Walmart was dependable and saved time and exposure to many of us who didn’t want to be in shopping centers. Walmart is extremely customer focused, always concerned about my satisfaction with products and groceries—and they stand behind their customers.

I recently visited Walmart, and I wanted to share my experience with you. While there were both positive and negative aspects, I believe an honest review would be helpful to others.

Upon entering the store, I appreciated the wide selection of products available. Walmart's extensive range of items made it convenient to find what I needed. The store was also well-organized, making it relatively easy to navigate through different sections.

However, I did encounter some challenges during my visit. Firstly, I found the store to be quite crowded, which made it difficult to move around freely, especially in the aisles. Additionally, it seemed that some areas were not adequately restocked, as certain items were out of stock or in limited supply.

I also encountered some issues with customer service. While some staff members were helpful and willing to assist, others appeared busy or disengaged. It would have been more pleasant if there was consistent and attentive customer support throughout the store.

On a positive note, the checkout process was relatively smooth and efficient. There were several checkout lanes open, which helped to expedite the process. However, I did notice that some self-checkout stations were not functioning properly, leading to longer wait times.

In summary, my visit to Walmart had its ups and downs. While the store's wide selection and organization were commendable, the crowded environment, sporadic restocking, and inconsistent customer service left room for improvement. I hope that Walmart takes these points into consideration to enhance the overall shopping experience for its customers.

I'm a regular here. Save a bunch of money compared to closer local stores. They usually have everything. Only complaint is that all of the cashier memes online are true. Most of the staff is quick and polite but it always seems under staffed in the cashier department.

Update 2024: shopping here isn't as easy breezy as it used to be. Even less cashiers now post covid-19. No more 24 hours either.
