Truly a blessed experience. On a rainy day with three ruthless kids and an unexpected emergency, David, Connor, and Cliff brought our car in without hesitation, no appointment or anything. They entertained the children, explained everything to my husband and I, and were VERY generous with the price. I know exactly who we will trust with our vehicle maintenance. Thank you.

David (but Bill's card) was very helpful when our tire got a hole punctured in it. They were able to repair the tire. Yay! Thank you guys so much

Professional and clean. I went in for oil change and tire rotations, I recently registered my car here in VA from out state they told me I need the state inspection, they were able to squeeze me in for that. they were also able to replace my wiper blade because I went to 2 different auto shops they couldn't replace mine because of the thing that connects the wiper. My overall experience was great. I was surprised the charge was cheaper for everything actually, Oil change, tire rotation, wiper blade replacement, state inspection, light bulb replacement for only 113$ because I signed up for membership (it's free!) Waiting area is nice, cozy, free coffee and water, outlets everywhere. Total waiting time was only 1 hour for everything! I will forever use Virginia auto and tire.

1st call Bill answered , maybe he shouldnt answer the phones because he was a donkey. Almost didnt call back but the other employees are awesome. Cliff took my 2nd call got me in, listened to my reenactment of my cars issue. quoted me a price. Exceptional customer service!!! Give him a raise!!! Steve the mechanic on duty came out spoke with me. Did the job quickly and his customer service skills were phenomenal!! Give him a raise!!! Don't let Bill answer the phones or be your 1st point of contact he might need an "adjustment " or some "act right" pills. I will refer people , I will just warn them about BILL

Today I was in a huge predicament. On my way home from work, my tire sensor went off which was unusual because I recently filled my tires with air. When the sensor went off, I already passed all the free air pumps I knew of. The next closest facility I drove to, which was VA Tire & Auto. As I got out of my car, I saw what is photographed below, a huge piece of metal lodged into my back tire. I had no idea what to do and went inside for help. I was never a customer which means I was that new customer at 5:00 p.m. on a Monday night explaining to them this crazy story. They could’ve very well turned me away but instead, VA Tire & Auto helped me. They took my car back and looked at my tire. They weren’t able to patch it due to the extensive damage already but they were able to replace it immediately for me at a reasonable rate. They were empathetic and understanding in a situation that was extremely stressful and upsetting. I would not have been able to take my car to work had I kept going home. I highly recommend them and will be taking my vehicle to them in the future.

Brought tires here a year ago. Competive prices, great service, friendly but professional team members. Tires are wonderful, quiet and perform great. Took in today to get free rotation and balance for those tires before a 7,500 mile trip. Made appointment online days ago. Got there 12 minutes early. Same Service Advisor (hope that's his title) was there as a year ago. Friendly but professional as then. 30 minutes later he came to me with my keys and the "paperwork". All done and completed. They even did a check of brake pads and other stuff associated with the 27 point inspection. Absolutely will return there when my other 2 vehicles need tires, even though it is a 1 hr. drive to get there. I rate this Va. Tire and Auto a 11 out of 10

5-star experience at VA Tire & Auto of Chesterfield recently. En route from DC to VA Beach, we experienced a tire failure requiring replacement. Knowing we were out of town, Connor and the team provided quick and helpful solutions to our problem (recommended local alloy wheel repair shop) and got us back on the road swiftly! Great service. Clean. Modern. Very good customer service. Clean bays. Pretty good prices. I go them with moments notice and I like to get my tires rotated for free when I do oil changes. That is a perk with buying tires from them. Top 10 best auto places.

Had a tire emergency on a late Friday afternoon. They were able to get me in and take care of the issue even though it was 20 minutes before closing. Cliff and Connor were the managers on shift, stand up guys. Aiden was the technician that did the work.

Walked in on a Monday AM for a State Inspection, and was out within an hour or so. They looked pretty busy too! Fast, efficient, and professional. I'm definitely returning there for my next State Inspection

Car didn't start right next door. They were able to walk over and jump my car. It was the battery. Instead of making me wait hours on end, they got me out in 20 minutes. They have a new manager who has nearly 30 years of experience or maybe more. Its hard to tell as the tires on him don't look too worn as he is happy to help and everyone does a great job there as well!

Quite possibly the best service I ever received.

I've taken my cars here for various services. I recently had problems with the draining overnight (after having just recently replaced the battery) on a busy Saturday when I needed to get to NOVA and they were able to squeeze me in - quickly got a tech to run basic diagnostics on the battery/starter/alternator and saw no problems. They saw a trickle drain somewhere and gave me pricing to identify where and dove into that... as they quickly dove in to try and get me on my way asking if I'd seen any unusual behavior. A few minutes later a light bulb went off in my head and I pointed to the cigarette-lighter USB adapter - they checked it and sure enough, it was the culprit draining my battery! They got me quickly out the door and waived the testing fee, and I was able to get up north on time! Thanks guys!

Booked an appointment online and was able to get my trucks oil changed just a few days later. Waited about an hour which was expected and accurate to what they initially told me when I asked how long it would be. I didn't bring my daughter with me but the little play house that they had in the waiting area made me feel like she might have actually enjoyed it too.

Bill helped Me out with a wheel alignment. Another shop told me it was required so I went in and after doing the test they determined an alignment wasn’t required and gave me my keys back and I drove away. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and they didn’t charge me a thing. It would’ve been very easy to tell me they fixed my issue and take my card and I appreciated their honesty.

Fast, friendly, affordable service. I went in for a nail in my tire. As a walk in, I was in and out in about 45 min to an hour. There was WiFi, coffee and water, and a little play area for kids. Easy and comfortable wait.
